  1. ...I thought it was self-evident. Maybe, but still interesting. It's just more support for the argument Trump appeals to voters who have benefited the least from the economic policy being pushed by the Republican party. What I'd find more interesting is to see what happens to this bloc of voters if Trump isn't elected or performs badly in office. Oh, that's just one more step to There's only one superpower left, without contest, and it maturing to the next age. The current forces in motion are simply too much for any individual to handle, so just sit back and enjoy the ride.

  3. It just shows that the problems are much bigger and systematic than just a mere "lets catch those terrorists and everything will be fine". I am quite sure that the politicians have a nice plan in the work already.
  4. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/03/04/death-predicts-whether-people-vote-for-donald-trump/ Huh, now that was an interesting correlation.
  5. Every time i hear reports about advisors getting killed/captured in military operations, i always wonder what their real role was.
  6. Ooooh boy, now it was my turn to be the **** in a relationship. I broke up and she was left utterly devastated. She was tall with body of a ballerina but frankly we had nothing in common, not even in the bedroom. But she still texts me that she wants me back, even after i pointed out that i did not love her and that she deserves someone that does. I'm not gonna sleep well tonight.
  7. Clinton seems to be quite lovey-dovey with some strange bedfellows: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/250 https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/1673
  8. http://www.tabletmag.com/scroll/198637/when-trump-speaks-at-aipac-lets-all-walk-out I wonder how that will turn out and what the results might be. At one side you have people who bears the symbol of being discriminated and suffered numerous expulsions from different countries openly marking Trump as one of those that will make history repeat itself, but at the same time also bears the symbol of being one of the bigger power players in making sure that the presidential candidate is no more than a lackey for the establishment. Lets see what happens.
  9. It is, which is why I made the joke about eating people and destroying buildings. Japan seems pretty obsessed with that sort of thing is Godzilla is any indication. I never understood the appeal of that series, but Trump sure looks like one of them.
  10. P-p-please notice her. I-i-it's not like i her or anything, baka!
  11. ...back in the day, the same support from the military came to Ron Paul. The resemblence in how things turn out, but now on the left side of things, is almost uncanny; well except for Bernie getting more delegates (but not enough).
  12. I think you guys should remember that trying to use a false dichotomoties like "left-right", "liberty-slavery", "corperate hack-government hack" has no bearing in todays society. What really matters is representation on a superficial level and how it makes you feel, like the good SJWs that you are. So tell, how does it feel when it looks like there's 4 catholics, 4 jews and only one protestant that represents the supreme court? Isn't that, like, totally problematic?

  16. In my amateurish musings, i have concluded how different kinds of supporters see themselves and I therefore wish to present them as musical numbers. These videos represents the basic ideas, the imagery, the general feelings conwayed. Not how they truly are or how they really behave. First, those of the tribe of Bernie Sanders. They are morally righteous, but not zealots. The want to create a better world, like the ones remembered from childhood's past. Therefore these creatures cannot be attacked for being lofty dreamers or that their ideas are unpractical, because that's what they pride themselves in. Therefore encapsulated by the following music: Secondly, those of the tribe of Donald Trump. They are more morally flexible, but not to a point of complete relativists. They admire strength, courage, and sense of purpose above all. They want to create a better world where these values trump everything else. Therefore these creatures cannot be attacked by the current world by its current values (any -ism), because being against them is what they pride themselves in. Therefore encapsulated by the following music: Finally, those of the tribe of Hillary Clinton. They are really morally neutral, they have it ok and there's not much to complain about really. So they make up their own problems or magnify the smaller ones that matter little compared to the bigger picture. While they think that they are making a difference, people of other tribes fail to see what their problem is in the first place. Therefore these creatures cannot be attacked by minimizing their problems or that they do not matter, since they take pride in creating them in the first place. Therefore encapsulated by the following music:
  17. The foreign correspondent for the finnish national news in Florida did some reporting among finnish expats, the cuban community and society general and found some common threads: - People were disillusioned with Rubio - It was either Trump or not Trump (no one could say who this 'not'-Trump candidate would be) - Hillary was huuuuge among people over 30, because either she was a woman or because 'times were good' during her husbands presidency - Regular Joes seemed to be unaware of Sanders So there you have it, old people and minorities like the establishment.

  21. Yup. What the article is saying that the white middle class should die. Huh, that will not backfire in any way, no sir-ree. There's another aspect that we haven't discussed on why the establishment is so afraid of Sanders and Trump. Think of all those legal loop-holes used for revolving door policy making, all those strange national security laws which can be used to wire-tap anybody and throw them indefinately into prison and all those strange executive orders that makes it possible seize land and property how they see fit. Well, it has worked greatly as long as the president has always been sanctioned, screened and made sure to abide by certain gentlemanly agreements. Now imagine the panic if the president is someone not of them, but rather an outsider who is hellbent on out to get them and suddenly has all the manpower and legal authority by their own design to do so. Undone by your own creation, that's quite biblical.
  22. Sanders could get Illinois and Ohio, but Florida and NC are likely going to Hillary. Hopefully we get the Trump v Sanders in the general, but I'm thinking Trump won't get it if there's a brokered convention or if Rubio or Cruz drops out while Sanders is a long shot. A man can always dream.
  23. *sigh* Why make it simple when there's an open window to complicate things.
