Judging from their previews i guess something in the 8.8-9.2 area, they weren't really that excited about the game IMO.

Well, atleast OXM UK thinks that KotOR II outdoes KotOR in terms of story. But i'm more interested in what gamespot will think about it. If they think it's good, then it's damn great.

Indeed, no need to try it out if you don't like the genre.

For me, it's the ultimate FPS in terms of pure combat (while i consider games like Deus Ex and System Shock 2 the best ever), the A.I. is purely unpredictable and dynamic when it comes to flank you, use the enviroment as cover and so on. No fight is like the other due to this and it's simply very fun to play(especially co-op on Legendary difficulty). No other game that i've played has such intense combat (not even HL2) and Halo 2 sets the bar higher IMO. Add an ok-ish story, good soundtrack and a good cinematic feel to it and you got yourself a winner.

It pains me to say this, but MS/Bungie did with Halo 2... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Halo 2 originally planned to be released christmas 2003, the Q1/04 and then finally November 9th. Meh. Games own. Platform-fanboys suck.

Glad my ass, dude. I won't be whining around because of the two month delay, but don't expect me to give thanks for being treated as a second-class customer. That post might explain why the PC version has been delayed, but it doesn't explain why the international Xbox release has been delayed too. Halo 2 had a simultaneous worldwide release. So did Half-Life 2, which proves it can be done. Half-Life 2 is will be released on the xbox.

Indications say that they're the planets that we'll be visiting in TSL, but you're right, it's still not official.

So, the list of planets will be: - Peragus - Telos - Onderon/Dxun - Dantooine - Korriban - Rhen War - Nar Shaddaa That makes 7 planets in total. No "Unknown world" this time folks!
