  1. KotOR II #1 in both the US and the UK at the same time. That's good, no excuses Lucasarts/Obsidian this time, give us the whole ending a bonus for out support! <_<
  2. Umm... can't Live content also be set up to be downloaded, too? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sadly, it's not. The game itself has to support the Live components.
  3. Just to satisfy my interest, how many is involved the russian KotOR community?
  4. It's a bit more complicated than that. They cut the Live content from the Xbox version, so it will be difficult to get it implemented on both platforms. I put more trust in the modding community, since they haven't got their hands tied into all sort of agreements.

  6. Some of the devs have read this page, but so far, none has posted. I think that is due to sheer professionalism, or if the rumor is true, it is because they're under contract with Lucasarts, forbidding them to talk about their feelings about the game for atleast 6 months after release.

  10. When you have INT at atleast 15 you get the option to ask T3 to check his behaviour core and viola! There it is.
  11. I would say this is perfect example of a clash between interests. The original creator wants to create certain guidelines for future projects, the other creators wants to strech this a bit and the third part wants to get the monetary reward, almost no matter what the outcome.

  13. I just checked Kreia attributes in the 904MAL.rim file, here they are: Stength: 28 Dexterity: 26 Consitution: 50 Intelligence: 26 Wisdom: 64(!) Charisma: 18
  14. In order to experience most of TSL, you'll need an INT at 15, not necessarily to start with, but at some point of the game. I would recommend to start as a Jedi Sentinel and concentrate your skill points on Computer use, Awareness, Repair and Persuade.

  16. Check out the Modules for Malachor (especially 904MAL.rim and and Dynamic Area info, check 904mal.git). I haven't read through all of them, but it seems like the event data loop is loaded through those files.
  17. But you do have a choice not to fight them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you go LS, yes. Point being, that Lucasarts didn't remove the ending from TSL because it being un-Star Wars, there were other reasons.
  18. But thats not forced on you it's your choice and as far as I am aware Juhani and Jolee will fight back. If you read the bio boards many people dont play DS for that reason. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, they will try to fight you when you've turned DS at the temple summit. You don't have to the choice to leave them alive.
  19. Never felt particularly compelled to replay KOTOR. Whats so special about the DS ending ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You will have to kill Jolee and Juhani at the temple summit, then you can corrupt Zalbaar to respect your lifedept by killing Mission, and finally, you can kill Carth if you're female.

  21. Chris has always stated that Obsidian is two-project company. While NWN2 might have the most attention, they're probably negotiating with Lucasarts about KotOR III or focusing their own IP as their second project.
