  1. (w00t) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Haha :D
  2. Chris A. Has said several times that, if Obsidian does KotOR III, they will re-do the battlesystem and have a whole package run under a new engine.
  3. Thanks, but it's been posted already.
  4. Wasn't it named project pennsylvania?
  5. I'm practically quivering in my boots. Also, I sure hope Feargie, Chris and their intrepid crew do make a KotOR 3. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Feargus is posting here tonight....pretty please with sugar and a cherry on top, do the content patch Obsidian.
  6. You're working in the wrong business Feargus, diplomacy is your field
  7. Why does Britney Spears sell millions of CD's? Not that KotOR II = shallow commercial crap, but everyone's got a diffirent taste about everything.
  8. Nice to see that Feargus is on a posting spree tonight. However, i know about the "soon" or "in two weeks" all too well. Mark Rein at Epic games promised the demo of UT2003 "within the next two weeks". 3 months later, it finally arrived. Not that i think that Obsidian would pull something like that, but the similarities are there though
  9. Not in a separate thread, but it has been mentioned in the countless "Cut-ending" clone threads out there.
  10. Heh, the joke is on us then I guess that there's little Carth in all of us, screaming to get out. Most of the time, we can keep him inside, but where treated "badly", the little Carth jumps over the wall start banthering.
  11. The original cut-ending has 238000 views now.
  12. I'm way too superficial to see any beauty in those creatures. But a female Twi'lek on the other hand...
  13. Deleted? That's rich. Someone needs to read a book about customer interaction.
  14. ^^No explanations needed. Still posting in the wrong thread.
  15. Closing the forums down permanently would be a mistake IMO. Interaction with your customers is a vital part of surviving in the industry, especially in the gaming industry.
  16. Such a silly troll, posting in the wrong thread.
  17. ...and where's the petition thread? I can't seem to find it.
  18. Why closing the original thread without saying word about? (Feargus' answer seems a bit strange too) It will only cause more negative vibe than there is already.
  19. Hopefully, many of them have played the game and share this community's opinion about the ending. If we get 500 000 views, then we might get Lucasarts attention.
  20. You are just stupid. I can't be any more direct than that. Yes, LA made the recordings. I said that from the beginning. HOWEVER, LA doesn't have JACK to do with the development, and had no more hand in creating the game than you or I. LA made the music, *gave* it to Obsidian, and in turn, Obsidian used the music BUT MADE THE DESCISION TO USE IT IN *MONO*. LA DID NOT MAKE THIS DESCISION, OBSIDIAN DID. IT'S OBSIDIANS FAULT! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Enough already, there's been no evidence whatsoever that Obsidian's been involved the the sound, except for your basic principle that they're the developer. You seem to fail to understand that when it comes to the Star Wars franchise, Lucasarts have a lot more to say than you think.
  21. Since you only draw males, is there a possibilty of a lightsaber fight between a male Revan and a male Exile?
  22. I've seen spirited away, and there's some resemblence between those two, so there might be some inspiriation at work there. But then again, you'll find alot things in this business that chare some similarities.
  23. Since Aurora is trying to put togther a mod team to reimplement the cut content, maybe Obsidian could officially support the mod with info, dev notes, maybe software tools, etc.? It seems like a good idea to me. What would you say, Aurora, this is your project, in a large part, so your input (assuming Obsidian would/could go along with something like this) would be appreciated. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are they actually allowed to do this? Isn't the software a property of Bioware? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> IIRC, Obsidian can't support mods for TSL, since it's strictly forbidden (or not encouraged) by Lucasarts.
  24. Someone from Obsidian could login (as anonymous ofcourse) to Aurora's IRC-channel and give the modders some tips *hint* *hint*
