It already happened to me, but now it's systematic for me. Also I couldn't read the scenario powers (it worked just once then never again). Its clearly sitting right there on the left, in your screenshot... Joking aside, that tentacled b*tch had it coming for some time... 1 You can use the 'Mark Solved' button beneath a post that answers your topic or confirms it's not a bug. First time this came up, I exited to the main menu and then returned tot the scenario and it was fixed. Moments later it locked again, but another exit and return did not fix it.
