This can't possibly be accurate, can it?2015_04_04_00001.jpg

I was wondering the same thing wen I read it. Since the description seemed a bit exaggerated (Typo?) I opted not to use it.

Nuclear psionics, man.

I have a project. It's a tabletop RPG. It's free. It's a work in progress. Find it here: www.brikoleur.com

I don't know, because I haven't played a Cipher at those levels, but I hope it is, because that sounds hilarious.

So it'll probably be nerfed or completely revamped in the next patch, because nofunallowed.jpg.

The game needs more irreverent stuff like this. The only source of mirth I find in this game are the quips from Durance and that's not saying much.

Maybe there's missing info on it, stating that this damage is done to targets with low endurance, to make sure they explode ? O.o

Test it on something :DDD

It's inaccurate. There's a few spells with buggy descriptions.

There is a similar wizzard spell, death ring, it also does few grand of damage for 0,3 sec to targets with low endurance.

The higher number is to make sure enemy lose also all his health... So it will be 100% dead

Probably a typo, but I'd love it to be real and hear the discussion at Obsidian for setting the damage value at precisely 13003. "13000 isn't enough, we need just a little bit more damage, but don't put it at 13004, that's just too much".

Heh. You're right. That does seem like a completely arbitrary damage value :p

A few spells and abilities have some kind of bug with descriptions which gives crazy numbers like that, but they don't actually do that much damage.

Yeah the spell isn't an insta kill - it does fairly decent damage, and then if the target dies as a result of that damage it blows up and deals damage to everybody lol, it's kinda handy when you fight a big group - but not nearly as handy as knocking everybody down :(

Everybody as is everyone or just enemies close by?

I honestly cant remember if it did damage to my tanks or not - tbh at that point in the game it was rather difficult to damage my tank at all lol.  The explosion radius was pretty surprising though (pry about the size of the wizard's blast ability's radius).
