So I got the email that it's time to confirm my pledge and all that.  I followed the directions on the website and went through all the motions, and right at the end I keep getting this screen 

 

 

I removed my actual information for obvious reasons.  Anyone else having this problem?

Apparently the DB is getting slammed. I believe that Admin is looking into it. Have you submitted a report through the link in the Error Bar?

Same problem.  I'll probably just wait until tomorrow when they are less slammed.

Might not be a bad idea - also would encourage you to still submit a report. At least that way you are in the queue

Same problem. I figured it was because I left the company line empty in the shipping information. But I don't have a company so I don't see why I would have to fill that line in.

A semi-common problem for physical reward tiers seems to be not realizing country and state are dropdowns. Obviously this doesn't apply to the OP, but some of you may be having the problem the same as I. Double check those two entries, type in only two letters and then click what drops down.

Same problem. I think they must know it's going on, so it should be safe to just sit back and let them get their databases back up (or whatever's causing the issue.) Try again tomorrow. It's not like you're missing out on actual game time.

I am having the same issue (digital only), but i think I will just give it some time before I try again. Last thing we need is tech support getting swamped as well :S

I can say it's definitely not that. My order completed without issues and I left the Company field blank. I believe the others are correct in assuming the server is just being slammed right now.

I became all excited because I thought this had to be the problem, because while I'd noticed the drop down effect for "Country", for State I'd managed to type in CA and it stuck. So I waited for the dropdown and it had "California" instead, so I used that and...

Same issue on my end.  The error message reminds me of the 'Problem' light on Gargantua-1 from Venture Bros.

Just out of curiosity what browsers are you guys using?

 

I used my portable google chrome this morning to load the site when it was put up because my FF cache didn't refresh, but I couldn't complete my order on it.

 

Switched to firefox, and it worked fine. I think I was one of the first few people to go through though.

Whelp. What do you know? Tried it again and I'm through. Using an iPad.

I finally got past the error message and got mine to work some minutes ago. Guess they finally whipped those hamsters enough!

 

...I was using Firefox, btw. Didn't try anything else.

Fails in Chrome, works fine in Internet Explorer 11.

Doesn't work with Safari, work with Firefox on a MAC.

Can confirm Firefox now working, (Win 7), but Chrome is still a no-go...
