It was a really unusual (but good) experience and something I'd recommend, the energy of that session stayed with me all day and even now, I was calm, focused and just felt vibrant with life.. and as I went out that night, this intense feeling stayed with me. But the effect it had on people around me and how we interacted was mindblowing.. It ended up being one of the most intense nights and mornings of my life...
