Tuckey Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 I want incantations, of course they will be PE specific, they have the lore to think about )
injurai Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 The wizards that the Beginning of BG1, and the awesome scenes of Gandalf and Saruman in the lotr trilogy using in black speech tells me incantations would be incredible to hear. The votes seem to say yes!
JFSOCC Posted October 28, 2013 Posted October 28, 2013 Egyptian incantations. old-school! 2 Remember: Argue the point, not the person. Remain polite and constructive. Friendly forums have friendly debate. There's no shame in being wrong. If you don't have something to add, don't post for the sake of it. And don't be afraid to post thoughts you are uncertain about, that's what discussion is for.---Pet threads, everyone has them. I love imagining Gods, Monsters, Factions and Weapons.
Barothmuk Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 I'm playing through BG:EE now and I can definitely say I had missed the voiced incantations. Voted no. What's the point of copying something just for the sake of copying? Obsidian should make sounds for casting spells that are suitable for PE, I don;t want to think "oh, this is copy-pasted from BG" every time I cast a spell. The OP said "it would be cool incantations like these were used in this game" not that he wanted them replicated.
