Walsingham
I've been trying to get a handle on recent French political developments and can't get anything sensible from English language media. There's all sorts of odd 'noises off' coming from your country, which I want to understand: - Sarkozy polularity down - Far right gaining ground - State of political violence following those riots a few years ago - Attitude towards Europe - Attitude towards the United States - View on Germany I figure that asking here is as good as anywhere else. Humodour
Um. I guess you've left me wondering: do we even have any Frenchmen on here?
Gorgon
Isn't Volourn Canadian. Teh frenchies actually use their own language academically sometimes to the exclusion of English, not something you could say about Denmark, which makes your job a bit harder. I suggest you track down a live English speaking specimen and interrogate it. Na na na na na na ... greg358 from Darksouls 3 PVP is a CHEATER. That is all. Pope
Frenchies rarely venture out of their chauvinistic French-only communities. They are the Western world's very own Asians. I doubt there's many, if any, on here. Edited March 21, 2010 by Pope
Purkake
The French people I know are nice(and speak English), but it is weird that we lack any significant French presence in this forum. There are even two Estonians here, better start representing, France. Edited March 21, 2010 by Purkake

Volourn
"Isn't Volourn Canadian." Canada isn't France. On top of that, while I am 'French'; I am Ontarian born and bred, and better of for it. WILL THE ALMIGHTY
I'm french. I'm just not France-french. "Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"
The Illuminator
France seems not much different than Switzerland to me. I will not be surprised if they, too, forbid the minarehs of the mosques or completely the mosques especially after seeing such news. It is like forbidding a child named Chris or Christian on a Muslim tv channel just because of his 'name', and such a brutality has never happened on a Muslim tv channel. The French channel's name is gulli tv and is a cartton channel. Such mid-age remnant actions may cause the same behaviour on the recepients of the actions and churchs may start to be forbidden in the Muslim countries. The Illuminator Democracy starts with allowing different political opinions to express themselves. Fascism starts with killling all, who has different political opinions than yours. It's a pity for earth as it is full of fascists claiming to be democratic.

Walsingham
WTH? I agree... 1) Well played, Estonia. Feel free to start your own thread to brief us on your country. I'm sure we'd all enjoy that. 2) Come on France. It's no good getting distracted by how good you are at rugby and letting the nerdly arts wither away! "It wasn't lies. Purkake
Yeah, it snowed again last night. I think I used to like snow back in the day. I seem to have a vague recollection of a time when things used to be... not white, but that's probably just the alcohol talking.
