Purkake
Or no one actual hates anything and the game was canned because of financial issues.
Meshugger
They probably had a focus group research study, where it became apparent that the marget segment for the PC users was to small to cover the overall marketing campaign. Pop
Considering the looooooooooooooong production time, I wouldn't be surprised if they cut the PC version to accelerate it. That's a lot of eliminated QA time. Edited February 13, 2010 by Pop Join me, and we shall make Production Beards a reality!
Kaftan Barlast
Im surprised the whole game hasnt been canned yet, it's essentially vaporware as far as the general public is concerned. Nepenthe
Im surprised the whole game hasnt been canned yet, it's essentially vaporware as far as the general public is concerned. I'm pretty sure the production time for Max Payne was at least as long. You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that? Meshugger
SUCKS! wasn't this supposed to be THE DX10 GAME? It was supposed to be PC only with QuadCore as minimun requirement and complete DX10 utilization. How the times change. It was supposed to be PC only with QuadCore as minimun requirement and complete DX10 utilization. How the times change. No, it was supposed to be the poster child for (Intel) quad core utilization, not that it was supposed to be the minimum requirement. It would run on two cores too (minimum requirement). Walsingham
I for one welcome the day when we are forced to play our games on console that we will be issued with by our beneficent overlords. Consoles containing games we never actually own, full of adverts and behaviour monitoring. No doubt the cause will be 'financial issues'. After all, the marketing team need their massive yachts.
