It's a useful skill to have particularly where you aren't allowed to call people names. It's a mistake to get too drawn in/worked up. I mean it's not life or death, it's just two guys posting their thoughts on a message board. If it were personal or face to face all the usual restraints would be in place, and we would never have reached this place in the first place. Try to remember that.

My point is that nobody will care if Eidos makes any changes to the setting of Thief simply because 50% of their target audience didn't play previous games. Some die-hard fans will protest, but then they will be quickly dubbed whiners who hate for the sake of hating. You know, a bit like what happened to NMA.

May 11, 200916 yr It's just a project name, those don't mean anything. I hope you're right... But they did make a big glowing logo for it on the http://www.thief4.com site. I'm not saying that the game will suck, but Thi4f sounds like April fool's.
