Pidesco Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I also thought this episode was great. Not as good as the last one, but that's nothing to be ashamed of. "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian tourist I am Dan Quayle of the Romans. I want to tattoo a map of the Netherlands on my nether lands. Heja Sverige!! Everyone should cuffawkle more. The wrench is your friend.
Kor Qel Droma Posted March 14, 2008 Author Posted March 14, 2008 For a little while there I was all like 'Hey, Ragin Jin is back!'. But that ending sure did suck balls. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
theslug Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 For a little while there I was all like 'Hey, Ragin Jin is back!'. But that ending sure did suck balls. Rofl. Those were my exact same sentiments. I was like sweeeeeet, Jin is going to c punt this whore. But it didn't happen and I was sad. Episode was alright. But does this mean that Jin has an evil twin? There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. More data must be gleaned and further collated before a sufficient judgment can be reached.
Kor Qel Droma Posted March 14, 2008 Author Posted March 14, 2008 No, but obviously one character was being shown as a flash forward, the other was featured as a flashback. Jin better damn well be alive on the island! He's my second favorite character next to Desmond! Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
kumquatq3 Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Better than last weeks, if only because we don't have to hear about the spy on the boat anymore! Solid overall. In Locke We Trust!
Pope Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 Jin better damn well be alive on the island! He's my second favorite character next to Desmond! It's interesting how his tombstone said 22/4/2004, which is the date of the crash. Anyway, didn't see that twist coming. Nice.
Pidesco Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 I loved this episode, except for the bit where they kill off Zo "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian tourist I am Dan Quayle of the Romans. I want to tattoo a map of the Netherlands on my nether lands. Heja Sverige!! Everyone should cuffawkle more. The wrench is your friend.

astr0creep Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 Jin better damn well be alive on the island! He's my second favorite character next to Desmond! It's interesting how his tombstone said 22/4/2004, which is the date of the crash. Anyway, didn't see that twist coming. Nice. Well since one of the crashes was a hoax it's possible his grave was already there when he actually died. That, or Sun is talking to him for herself but he's still on the island. We have a young baby girl and this episode was very touching. http://entertainmentandbeyond.blogspot.com/
Pope Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 Yes, I'm going for the second option. Sun needs a reason to return.
Kor Qel Droma Posted March 21, 2008 Author Posted March 21, 2008 Well that was...unexpected. I'm not really sure why they chose to off Rousseau . I always thought she'd have nearly the best flashback story of them all. Five week hiatus, here we come! Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Pidesco Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Who the hell was shooting? "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian tourist I am Dan Quayle of the Romans. I want to tattoo a map of the Netherlands on my nether lands. Heja Sverige!! Everyone should cuffawkle more. The wrench is your friend.
Kor Qel Droma Posted March 21, 2008 Author Posted March 21, 2008 Well, you could argue that Ben set that whole situation up to get rid of Karl/Rousseau. It could be any member of the Others protecting their camp. Karl was on the outs already, and who knows how that group viewed Danielle. But didn't they send Lupidus on an 'errand' last week? He might have taken a few of those frieghter goons with him to the island. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Tale Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 What? When did shooting happen? I must have totally missed that. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Pop Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALT Join me, and we shall make Production Beards a reality!
kumquatq3 Posted March 21, 2008 Posted March 21, 2008 Did not expect the second death Is it really 5 more weeks till a new lost?
astr0creep Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 Did not expect the second death Is it really 5 more weeks till a new lost? 5 weeks is better than 5 months... And BSG is back in 2 weeks so. http://entertainmentandbeyond.blogspot.com/
Pope Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 (edited) Could Sayid spilling the beans on Michael be what Ben referring to at the end of The Economist when he reminded Sayid of what happened the last time he spoke with his heart instead of his gun? I have a feeling Sayid's actions will have grave consequences, he will feel remorse and Ben will exploit it into recruiting him to work for him. Edited March 22, 2008 by Pope
Gfted1 Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 *Casts Raise Dead* So I dug last nights episode. I was pretty surprised they killed off Bens daughter but it was interesting to see the developing back story between him and Whitmoore. The smoke monster attack rocked! It looked like a runaway freight train barreling through the camp to the soldiers. "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"
Pope Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 (edited) Smokie ftw! I predict: - Ben killed Nadia and tricked Sayid into killing for him. - Ben will order Sayid to kill Penny. - Sayid will recognize her from Desmond's picture. - Sayid will find out it was Ben who killed Nadia. - Sayid will kill Ben. - Ben winds up in the coffin. - Jack goes depressed because Ben was his hope of getting back. - The Oceanic 6 and Penny will find a way to the island, presumably through Dharma. Pope Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 I suspect we will soon. Widmore said that everything Ben has, he took from him. So either Widmore is Dharma, or he's a native like Richard.
Kor Qel Droma Posted April 26, 2008 Author Posted April 26, 2008 I want to say Widmore is Dharma, but if he was wouldn't he know where the island is then? Ben and Locke deserve each other. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Pidesco Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 This episode was quite awesome. "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian tourist I am Dan Quayle of the Romans.
