@\NightandtheShape/@ Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Considering my generally low opinion of Blizzard games this really doesn't bother me, frankly the EA buyout of Bioware was certainly more disturbing. Blizzard makes software for the masses, it's aimed and engineered to perform that particular goal all it real means is that Blizzard will also be able to focus themselves on "Console Tard's" aswell with greater ease. I am happily uneffected. "I'm a programmer at a games company... REET GOOD!" - Me
Azure79 Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 As long as it doesn't adversly affect Starcraft 2.

Meshugger Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Within the next 10 years, every game-developer and publisher that are targeting an global audience, will be an subsidiary of 2-3 multinational cooperations. Microsoft-AMD-Ati-Activision-Vivendi-EA for the western the americas. Sony-Toshiba-Square-Enix-Bandai-Namco for the asians. Midway-nVidia-Atari-Ubisoft-SEGA will be a middle of the road choice. Nintendo will be the only independent one. Leferd Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Go go Electronic Arts! It's always cool to root for the second place underdogs. "Things are funny...are comedic, because they mix the real with the absurd." - Buzz Aldrin."P-O-T-A-T-O-E" - Dan Quayle
Hurlshort Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Go go Electronic Arts! It's always cool to root for the second place underdogs. I like your attitude!
WILL THE ALMIGHTY Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Not all that disturbing... What's so bad about Activision? "Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

Tale Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I'm living in dread of Nestle buying Obsidian, then I'll have to boycott the swines. What do you have against Nestle? "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Walsingham Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I'm living in dread of Nestle buying Obsidian, then I'll have to boycott the swines. What do you have against Nestle? They cause the most cared for children in third world countries to be malnourished and poop themselevs to death. And they don't do it for love or God or country or revenge. They do it for money. I only have one boycott. You know I'm hardly a bleeding heart. But there are bloody limits. "It wasn't lies. It was just... bull****"." -Elwood Blues tarna's dead; processing... complete. Humodour Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Interesting. I'll be sure to try and avoid any Nestle products from now on. Good thing I don't drink coffee, but I guess that includes certain chocolates and such too.
