Berserk
Sorry to say this Sand (Wow Hades, how many times have you changed your user by now?) and Volourn but you guys simply stink for enjoying Evanescence. Sand
I have always liked Evanescence, though I prefer Origa and Cruxshadows over them. I would place Evanescence in my top 25 bands I listen to but they aren't in my top ten. Yeah, liking Evanescence is on par with enjoying kicking puppies, or thinking Paris Hilton is hot, or like even being a commie. theslug
Liking Evanescence is sort of like being a fly. You associate yourself into a powerful majority group, but tend to like ****. They also tend to get aids too. There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. More data must be gleaned and further collated before a sufficient judgment can be reached.

Sand
Just what is wrong with Evanescence anyway? Its not like they are Justin Timberlake or Three Doors Down, both being crap. Darth Drabek
So yeah, about that Mass Effect... (OK so that song was built to be a pop/rock crossover smash, designed to appeal to MySpace emo kids and Top 40 radio. You can't deny the formula works. Linkin Park+hot goth girl = bazillions of records sold/downloaded. Now, please, let's let any further Evanescence talk migrate over to the music thread. Also, one mention of 3 Doors Down was one mention too much) That trailer was amazing, and this game looks to be a system seller for me. I figure that price drop will happen sometime before the holidays, and hopefully by then the 360 folks will have finally ironed out their issues. The 65 nm chip should be standard issue by then, and hopefully a second heatsink, too. Then I can pick up Mass Effect, GTA 4 and Guitar Hero II or III -- that should keep me occupied for a year. baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Volourn
I don't evenc are about the group. I know know about them. I just like the song. Goodfballs. "Yeah, liking Evanescence is on par with enjoying kicking puppies, or thinking Paris Hilton is hot, or like even being a commie." Never kicked a puppy. Don't knwo the group. Like the song. Paris Hilton can be HOT; though she's far from the HOTTEST gal. And, she's certainly not the 'dog' that people claim her to be physically. That's for sure. Commies are not cool. FREEDOM FOR ALL! Darth Drabek
Darth: ME > KOTOR Haha, we'll see about that. The next-gen graphics are a huge plus, 'cause that thar game sure looks purty... but we all know that it takes more than eye candy to make a GOTY contender. Now if only Microsoft would get around to making MVP 2005 backwards compatible... baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Meshugger
WRONG Volourn! Mass Effect = RPG KotOR = RPG Mass Effect = in space KotOR = in space Mass Effect = Science Fiction KotOR = Science Fiction Mass Effect = Mass Effect(s)? KotOR = The Force Mass Effect = A spaceship, with a crew, exploring different worlds KotOR = A spaceship, with a crew, exploring different worlds --> Mass Effect = KotOR ---> Awesome! Sand
Don't know. If going by the name alone as one increase mass the greater the pull of gravity it has as well greater momentum. If one has the technology to manipulate the effects of gravity based on the object's mass then I can see the effects working the way it does. Remember Clark's Law. If it is some supernatural or paranatural ability of the character then yes, its their version of magic.
