Ladies and Gentlemen Jack Thompson has filed a countersuit against take two (who filed suit to stop Thompson from filing suit against them or their games (particularly Manhunt 2 and GTA IV), stating that Take two violated the RICO statues. Ya know, the law that is always used against mobsters?
