September 27, 200619 yr I don't know, I'd settle for a bike that doesn't get stolen after two weeks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is why you lock the bike up, detach the bike seat, and place it in your back pack.
September 27, 200619 yr If you live in the freaking Ostrobotnia or Lapland, it is. Unless you count suicides as crime. But down here, it's pretty much like any European cityside. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai. So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds
September 27, 200619 yr I don't know, I'd settle for a bike that doesn't get stolen after two weeks. That is why you lock the bike up, detach the bike seat, and place it in your back pack. What does detaching the seat add to it?

Not sure what good it would do for them except to spite the person who locked up their bike properly.
September 27, 200619 yr I would assume a seatless bike is a less desirable to a thief than one with a seat. However, if the thief is determined to have a particular bike, he/she will nick it no matter what.
September 28, 200619 yr That's why I always go places 30 minutes early, so when I get there, I can unscrew my driver's seat and take it with me.
September 28, 200619 yr While not my dream car, it's my dream realistic car, the Cayman. An instant classic:

September 28, 200619 yr That's not a spare, Krookie, that's the front wheel. I saw a Pontiac Solstice in town a while back. It looks like a nice ride, although it wouldn't be too practical during the winters up here. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
September 28, 200619 yr That's not a spare, Krookie, that's the front wheel. What the hell kind of bicycle has a spare tire?
September 28, 200619 yr Man, after doing some digging online I could make my own custom Solstice for just over 30K. I'll admit that I'm tempted to do it, although by the same point since my last car was paid off a few years ago I've really enjoyed having that extra five hundred bucks or so per month in my pocket. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

September 28, 200619 yr Oh for heaven's sake. I checked it in preview... Sorry. It was supposed to be a Casspir APC. Muhahahaha. And so on. "It wasn't lies. Ooh the things one could run over in that vehicle... Anyway, aside from that APC and the cool bike posted a few pages back, most of the cars posted seem to be mundane family type cars. Are the dreams that boring? I wouldnt dream of a honda civic! I bloody drive one!
September 28, 200619 yr Yeah, I mean, if you're going to dream of a car (as opposed to say, hot chicks) you should dream about this: (w00t) master of my domain Pedicabo ego vos et irrumabo.

September 30, 200619 yr The problem with most of those supercars everyone loves, is I'm 6'3", while these are designed for people who are 5'10" I sat in a mustang convertible, and my head is about 4 inches above the top of the windshield. My roommate works at a ford dealership which got a GT, and he let me sit in it. Couldn't get the door closed. Also, theres absolutely no point in getting a car with only 2 seats. Basically, the criteria for my dream car is: Good mileage, Good stereo, 4 doors, pretty. Volvo S40 is the prettiest 4 door there is, with decent mileage, and I can just have a sweet stereo installed. September 30, 200619 yr I will never own a car. I have my bicycle and it gets me where I am going. In this day and age with Peak Oil looming, environmental disaster and paradigm warfare, a car is not even last on my list of things to get. But! If none of the above mattered then The Atom is my kinda car. Link: Top Gear Review: The Atom Edited September 30, 200619 yr by ElNino
