In FFX-2, the story continues 2 years after the events of FFX. Is FFX-2 better than FFX? Not by a longshot in terms of story, atmosphere and soundtrack. It has better gameplay though. Go with FFX, try only FFX-2 if you desperately want a continuation of the story. ShadowPaladin V1.0 Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 X-2 dosnt make much sense unless you play it completely linear and also uncover the cave. Has my favourite FMV sequence too. Haitoku Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 Have fun playing your old CRPGs until you die Gab. @ Topic I suggest Shin Megami Tensei : Digital Devil Saga I, II and Nocturne if you want some incredibly interesting storylines and difficult (sometime down right unfair) gameplay.
