shamus_jedi
Ok, after playing the game a few times, I have tried to determine if there is a way to unlock 2 doors in the military base on Telos surface. One door says it is locked, but should be remotely opened from a nearby terminal. The second door is labelled basement level. I have never been able to open these, and wondering if I am missing something, or if these are not accessable as they were never finished. Can someone please advise? CoM_Solaufein
You can't access them. They were cut out of the game, for lack of time. I think the Restoration Project, found in General Kotor discussion sticky, will make this area complete. BattleCookiee
The Telos Military Facility basement contains the HK-Factory HK-47 talked about (where they mass produce the HK-50's). This was cut though, and yes, the Restoration Project will restore it!

Hitting rock bottom is when you leave 2 tickets on the dash of your car, leave it unlocked hoping someone will steal them & when you come back, there are 4 tickets on your dashboard. Dark_Raven
It is good to hear that this will be included in the Restoration Project. Finding those doors being not accessible was quite annoying. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Wild Storm
The other door on the otherhand is just there for some unknown reason. I would say holograms but there aren't any in the module.

Go and read all the things they intend to fix and place back in the game. Canaan Aphettu
Speaking of which, will that ever get finished? I'm not being rude or impatient, as right now, as an Xboxer, I'll need to buy a PC copy of the game when it finally comes along anyway, but I am worried. Most of these mods never actually get finished. If Project Gizka isn't rapped up by the time K3 comes, it'll never be completed.

There is a good portion of content that is finished. And just hope that the new mdlops comes soon.
Canaan Aphettu
Yep...can't get enough of those...mdlops... I really can't wait for it though. It'll be worth buying a PC version and having to learn to use a mouse instead of thumbsticks.
SSgtSniper
Well, buying a PC copy and a PC controller for...... I picked up a program that emulates keystrokes from a controller, and let me tell you it helped me immensely. Here. It's not perfect, but I can do a lot off the controller, most especially movement. I was hopelessly stuck on the Ebon Hawk and unable to get off the damn thing until I got this. Edited February 20, 2006 by SSgtSniper And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. With Kotor3 nowhere near completion, if the project is started AT ALL; they got way more time than they should be spending upon it. And the fact people like Mr. Wildstorm can play actual "restored Kotor2" proves that it will come in due time. Oh, and the longer the better for you... price drops and all... Any further questions; that is what the General Sticky is for!

The builders are the team of devs while I'm like one of the Selkath to them....thats not a pleasant thought. I don't speak gibberish, do I? But remember that there is a good portion that also hasn't been restored (or put into one of the builds yet) As of now, there is really only two really big things restored. So I'm not actually playing a fully restored game. Just bits and pieces. Edited February 20, 2006 by Wild Storm

It also includes the Rodent seekers pointing said devs to the flaws in their master plan to conquer the galaxy, before some odd plague takes their Force-powers away; forcing an early leave... But remember that there is a good portion that also hasn't been restored (or put into one of the builds yet) As of now, there is really only two really big things restored. So I'm not actually playing a fully restored game. Just bits and pieces. As is said in the Beta Tester job description. Do know I am going to blame YOU if I find any Restoration Related bugs when the actual release shows up... so better get moving and make the current stuff insect-free!
