Hildegard Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Here's the link about the story. If anybody wants to watch the 15 minute video - ask and I'll PM you the link. But be warned, even for me being all anti-US military and anti-US in general, it was disturbing for me to watch and it certainly would be for you Yanks.
mkreku Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Yeah, I saw that video already, if it's the same one (where a guy on a bicycle rides by a few moments before the shooting starts). I didn't like it one bit. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I don't like the idea of people of getting killed but at least he is picking military targets and not civilians.
kirottu Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Do we really have to have thread about video where people kill people? This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
Hildegard Posted January 12, 2006 Author Posted January 12, 2006 Do we really have to have thread about video where people kill people? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I guess we do cattus....
Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 (edited) People die all the time, while it is tragic just remember your time is coming, it is only a matter of how and when. Edited January 12, 2006 by Judge Hades
Moose Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Speak for yourself. There are none that are right, only strong of opinion. There are none that are wrong, only ignorant of facts
Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 What? You are saying that you are immortal? Want to test that theory?
Fighter Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Atleast this one shoots at soldiers. Unlike those other scumbags. Do we really have to have thread about video where people kill people? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think its good to see a few times what war really is like...
Volourn Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Talk about an overly dramatic title. LMAO P.S. I'm talking about the article itself not this thread. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Ellester Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I think its good to see a few times what war really is like... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It Life is like a clam. Years of filtering crap then some bastard cracks you open and scrapes you into its damned mouth, end of story. - Steven Erikson
Volourn Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 "Would you be happy if you died in a car accident and it was videotaped and all over the web?" I'd be dead. I wouldn't care. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I have to agree with Volourn. Once you are dead what bother is this world then?
alanschu Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Would you be happy if someone you cared about was killed in an automobile accident and someone posted it all over the internet?
Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Not particularly. That is their business not mine but at least I would be able to witness their last moments.
Volourn Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 "Would you be happy if someone you cared about was killed in an automobile accident and someone posted it all over the internet?" Go ahead. I'd even send ya the pics. Seriously, onlyc rybabies worry about that. The person I cared about is dead. Pics being shared with others isn't gonna to change it. Period. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
alanschu Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Not particularly. That is their business not mine but at least I would be able to witness their last moments. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Errr...you say that like it's a good thing.

Judge Hades Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Thing is death is a natural course of life. Frankly Life is the biggest cause of death. Will I mourn? Yes. Will I care if other people see the death? No. Its not going to change anything.
Volourn Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Huh? Not jaded; just not worried about soemthing that small. I'd be worried about the fact the person died, and how I and others close to them would deal with it. Not whether or not others saw the dead body. Afterall, the cops, the cornoers, and those at the scene did already. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Diogo Ribeiro Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Atleast this one shoots at soldiers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Doesn't lessen the fact that it's still taking away a human life.

I'm not sure how I would feel if someone immortalized by brother's accident by taping it, and then let the viewing world see it. Especially considering his accident would probably make many people go "OMG! That was totally awesome!"
Surreptishus Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 (edited) Hades and volourn aren't real people nor are they representative of human kind maybe not even of mammals so i'd give trying to reason with them a miss, alanschu. On topic, whats with hilde/kinslayers snuff video fetish? was it not enough to simply post the article? Edited January 12, 2006 by Surreptishus
