Getting a new apartment in Downtown also depends on your performance in the "Elizabeth Dane" quest for some clans like Malkavian. If you do it as LaCroix wants (quietly, in secrecy, without blood and without being seen), he gives you the apartment. Else, you have to go to Santa Monica and back...

What's the hold up?

A desire to upgrade my comp until I have 10 PC games that require it

 

I had planned on getting the needed component at the begining of feb, but health issues kinda killed that.

 

March, hopefully.

Ahh that bites. Well the game is cheap now and probably be cheaper by the time you have the necessary upgrades.

I couldn't do that. Have the game but can't play it. The waiting would be so hard.

I find it quite easy :D

 

But then having the games does motivate me to get the upgrade.. once I get enough games to force the issue

It would motivate me to get the upgrades now and put me in debt for a short duration.

Heather is awesome. She gives you other things besides a free meal.

Nosferatu get an apartment, too. Though you have to have done most of Chinatown, and even then the damn apartment's in the recesses of the Downtown sewers where no reasonable player would ever even think to look at that point. Gary doesn't tell you anything about where it is. It's a totally worthless aparment; you have no need of it.

 

Looks cool though, in a gutter, bootleg kind of way.

She's in the medical clinic, right at the very beginning of the game.
