LadyCrimson
Grant or Jackman? I am Hugh! I don't know for sure but the movie The Core I saw that. I laughed through most of it. “Things are as they are. Darth_Schmarth
If someone pointed at one of those vehicles and told me "that baby will go into another dimension and warp itself into hyperspace, get in", I'd most certainly reply "I'm not setting my foot in that thing". ^Asinus asinorum in saecula saeculorum
Diamond
I like that movie to. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well what can I say, you are lucky from a certain perspective, but if you had studied science, you'd think they are both truly horrid.
Judge Hades
Oh I have studied science. I studied so much science that I got a Bachelor of Science degree while majoring in a field in the Liberal Arts. I just turn off the science bit of my knowledge when I watch movies. Judge Hades
Its not that hard. You simply focus on the character interaction instead of the fallacy of the situation they are in.
Jorian Drake
I wonder if other sentient lifeforms would consider us sentient lifeforms... As to the topic...could happen, who knows. But even if it does, I'll likely be dead before they have any vacations to mars brochures, so...bah. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No never maybe the monkeys, delphines, or whales, but never us... Nartwak
but this "leaping into other dimensions" I mean, do other dimensions exist anywhere except as purely theoretical mathematical calculations? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Length, width, height, et cetera. Darth_Schmarth
Those are dimensions that we all are able to grasp. Darth_Schmarth
First off you must realise that the Church saw their excercised power threatened by such statements. Secondly, there were ****loads of ideas in those days that had little to no connection to actual science too. If this is all possible and they manage to make it, whoever goes is just next in line in the long history of explorers.
