Hmm. I'm the opposite. I can't draw a beach or skyline to save my life, but I draw one mean Elite.

C'mon, Muso, you sound just like me: "I can't draw, I've got no clue why I ended up taking art classes, they're no good to me, because eventually I'm gonna realize I just can't draw, no matter how hard I practise!" My boyfriend gets so mad at me everytime I start that. For some reason he disagrees...

I myself prefer to think I draw because I like to, not because I'm good at it. (Because even thou I might think I suck with pencils, somebody always disagrees.)

 

I'm just glad if somebody likes my work. And you never know before you post your work, somebody will most likely like yours too.

I can side with Mus? on this occasion, my landscapes/beaches/inanimate objects surprise myself, but when it comes to figures, it looks like they are double jointed all the time, plus the limbs are always too disfigured .

Nice sketch ED! Although it doesnt look like her facially, it does bodily shape, apart from the legs need to be a bit skinnier IMO. Just some constructive criticism there!!
