alanschu Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 Ultimate Fighter is neat because it's not really "reality" TV. It's a bunch of teams of guys trying out for UFC pretty much.
Reveilled Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 I do hope you use liquid soap. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can't believe how long it took me to get that. :"> Hawk! Eggplant! AWAKEN!

Guest Michael Chu Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 The Amazing Race Battlestar Galactica And if there's actually new episodes coming... Avatar: The Last Airbender
PrincessSarah Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 *takes a deep breath* Lost House CSI Amazing Race Desperate Housewives Grey's Anatomy Boston Legal 24 And of course, everything will start right around the time that our baby is due....Thank god for TiVo. I wish we could get Hockey Night in Canada down here. Although for one glorious semester at Creighton, I got CBC from Halifax for some odd reason, and was able to watch some of my old shows. EnderAndrew Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 Lost House Amazing Race And MAYBE I'll catch up on Alias again, but I doubt it.
alanschu Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 I've heard Alias has gone down the tubes according to my roommate. I just watch the odd episode, usually for the Garner factor I'm really looking forward to 24. Not only is it the bestest show evah, I'm really curious how they're going to pick up after last season's ending.
PrincessSarah Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 CSI used to be my number one obsession, then I got totally hooked on House. I casually watch 24, but I am very interested in seeing how they start off the season after how they ended it. Amazing Race has been my guilty pleasure for a while now, and I successfully got TJ hooked on it, along with House. And he's not much of a TV person to begin with. Sereyna Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 I cant believe that my new favorite show only got mentioned once, by Kumquat. 1. Deadwood (HBO) 2. Lost 3. mmmm.... cant actually think of one. Survivor? I keep meaning to start a thread on Deadwood, a great show in my opinion. Just barely beating out LOST for me. Most of my favorite shows have ended. I guess I'm going to have to check out the Stargate Atlantis and SG1, as well as Battlestar Galactica. Off to bittorrent for a sample..... I know Battlestar just came out-- is Stargate atlantis on dvd yet? As capable of inconvenience, and of some damage and debt to those that would act against my interests, I cannot f*^ng argue with dangerous.
EnderAndrew Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 The Lost DVD set comes out September 6th and I preordered it. It's listed as having tons of deleted scenes and features.
Calax Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 SG1 Atlantis Battlestar and I don't know because I don't have TV :'( Victor of the 5 year fan fic competition! Kevin Butler will awesome your face off.
Atreides Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 I only know that Monday has a kickass 2 hour programming slot from 7.30pm. It kicks off with an hour of Mythbusters followed by South Park and the Schapelle Show. Spreading beauty with my katana.
PrincessSarah Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Ah, yes....the greatness of MythBusters! I love that show. I've seen a little bit of Deadwood here and there. I really need to watch it from the beginning, because in a few weeks when Six Feet Under finishes, I'll need a new HBO show to be hooked on. Proud purveyor, owner and operator of the Wonder Twins
Sarjahurmaaja. Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Twin Peaks, season 3. 9/30 -- NEVER FORGET!

Kor Qel Droma Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 I just caught my first episode of 'House' tonight. Impressive. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
EnderAndrew Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Lost is as close to Twin Peaks as we're getting. Buy the DVDs.
PrincessSarah Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 I just caught my first episode of 'House' tonight. Impressive. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You'll soon find yourself addicted. I like that Fox is re-running the best episodes, but you're still missing a lot if you don't see it from the beginning. Lots of character tidbits, and the whole Vogler story-arc. We have all the episodes, and since we hacked our X-Box, we can stream them from my laptop to the TV. Muahahahahahaha! Proud purveyor, owner and operator of the Wonder Twins
EnderAndrew Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Watching a TV show on the TV via the magic of a wireless laptop and the XBox is pretty geeky. It is both sad and amazing at the same time.
PrincessSarah Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 We are teh uber r0xx0r geeks. Proud purveyor, owner and operator of the Wonder Twins
Darth Flatus Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Tis infinitely less geeky to buy a Wi-Fi DVD player... or is it?
EnderAndrew Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 We wanted to catch up on the House epsiodes so we downloaded them. And we didn't want to watch them on a small laptop screen, so we streamed them wirlessly to the media center on my hacked XBox and watched them in beautiful widescreen TV.
Darth Flatus Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 Yeah that sounds cool, my solution is to have DivX player, although burning discs is tiresome. I dont have an Xbox so will purchase a wi fi player when i can be bothered.
amyradnerphillips Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Supernatural on the WB is totally good. I didn't watch it until recently but since I have been completely addicted to supernatural. Last episode was incredibly scary. They build suspense very well.
