Oddly enough, without the makeup and the like, I never would have pictured Jackman as Wolverine. And Jackman had never read any of the comics, but I think Jackman nailed Wolvie.

They couldn't have chosen a better guy to do Logan. Odd...

...or talent perhaps?

See I don't see his costume as silly looking I didn't think it looked silly in the comic and if done right it wouldn't look bad on film, I have pictures of some japanese people dressed up as the xmen around here somewhere and the wolverine looks dead on.

1. Blade 3 was a cop-out, and was just two hours of rippling torsos without much clothing (an interesting analogy to the script, with all that action and no point ...)

Does the color of his outfit change his story or personality?

I only found the suits in the movie to be lacking and 'meh' at best; I made no point about his story and personality being supposedly changed by his suit.

Thankfully your opinion was not represented when creating the movie costumes.

As for the comic costumes over the years wolvie has had several, some of which are civilian.

Wolverine has sort of only had two costumes his official blue and yellow (ok three if you count the early version) and the brown and gold. The rest weren't costumes he just didn't bother to get into uniform (guess there's little reason to protect your identity when you don't even know who you are).

Well, he also did have his Ultimate X-Men suit too, and his X-Men Evolution suit.

Wolverine's blue and yellow had two versions, though. The more developed one we know, and the ugly one he used in his first appearance when he battled the Hulk and Wendigo.

For some reason, I liked his Amalgam suit.

Who is the world's first Canadian superhero?

Canadian created, or Canadian character?

Created: Iron Man, not the same as the current known Iron Man

Canadian Character: Nelvana. Also the first female superhero.

They mention on that Hulk comic the "first ever Canadian superhero", either meaning Wolverine or Mondolymnshazzam, or whatever his its name is.

What was the Canadian Iron Man like?

Canada also likes to somewhat falsely take credit for Superman.

A Canadian was one of the first artists to draw Superman, while we was working in the states. But he didn't create the character.
