Darth Flatus
he's the czerka worker in the cantina that tells you about opo cnao being the repairman for b4d4. Corrun Falt
Roger the Sith
who the hell is Falt?? Exactly what I was asking at that point! Czerka hired those guys, they might just as well have mentioned the Twi'lek or the Duros from the dock module instead. Furthermore, you didn't even have to speak to Falt when siding with Czerka. Some dialogs can feel a bit removed from the situations and some rooms (even before Malachor) have that hasty finish quality. For instance, Saedhe here looks a tad too preoccupied with his investigation:

Saraya
Ah! Funny moments. The Rodian Swoop guy. "Swoop good, you swoop?" and eventually Exile replies. "Yes, swoop good ... I'm going to stand over there now..." That and when you have Disciple on Nar Shaddaa Atton: Good thing we're not walking into a trap. Disciple: (very seriously) No Atton, I do think it's a trap." And then something about lightening up :D That's all I can recall for the moment...
Draken
This is from the first KOTOR, but at one point, Juhani yelled,"I WILL BE YOUR DOOM!!" at a footlocker. Seriously, only like, three people can touch my body
Roger the Sith
Intentionally funny? I'd say, Atton asking Bao-Dur about the exile: Bao-Dur: I'm getting back to work. Also, the automated training program in the Korriban Academy: REPORT TO DETENTION ROOM FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION I always found the Sith hilarious, like Viglo on Manaan. Too bad they aren't as talkative in this game.
shoheb
WHen you side with Talia on Onderon: Vaklu: Impossible, the jedi is still alive! Exile: You'll find I'm full of surprises. (Luke in ESB to Vader)
Hequbahh
HK 47 talking about love, definitely. Both in K1 and K2 HK47 is the most hillarious personality.
Roger the Sith
What is funny: More or less everything said by Atton or HKs. Shamed to admit: Kreia running on Force Speed is a bit unintentionally funny.
Hequbahh
I almost forgot: on Dxun, when you meet Kelborn, I think, when he tells you not to touch 'that detonator', and when you reply: " You mean this button here? [press the button]" KABOOM!!! (w00t) And, ofcourse, HK replies somethig funny... Isn't it sweet? :">
Andkat
I have a comment concerning the mercs atatcking other mercs on Dantooine: I think that's supposed to happpen if you gave Zherron's "go ahead" to that merc captain, he betrays Azkul along with some of his men.
