Darth Reven Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 What is the game that has disapointed you the most? Mine Halo 2, horrible piece of crap.
Volourn Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Hmm.. Tough one.. There's quite a bit. I'd have to say various EA sports games. Most noteably NBA 2005. *shudders* <_< DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
random evil guy Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 What is the game that has disapointed you the most? Mine Halo 2, horrible piece of crap. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> fifa99. crap game!
Langky Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Mine has to be Dungeon Siege <_< I was expecting a nice open world to explore in and some decent hack and slash action but instead It was like diablo and diablo 2 just without the charm and ten times longer, all those excellent graphics (for there time) and seemless area transitions largely wasted on a an inferior Hack'N'Slash RPG. *SIGH*
Camael Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 1) NWN 2) PoR2 3) Lionheart 4) Temple of Elemental Evil 5) Dungeon Siege 6) Black Hound and Van Buran - that is, not getting them
Zoq-Fot-Pik Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Zoq: Unfortunately, we have to go with NWN. Fot: It just didn't live up to our expectations.
Volourn Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 "Zoq: Unfortunately, we have to go with NWN." That can occur often when expecting God's Gift To Gaming in a $90 game. R00fles! DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.
Brian Lawson Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Try looking up some old reviews for Superman on the N64!!
Judge Hades Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Mine was NWN as well. I was expecting an OC up to the standards Bioware set themselves in BG2. At least have a game that makes sense. There is no way a single level 9 to 10 character should be able to kill a Great Wyrm Red Dragon.
Darth Reven Posted January 8, 2005 Author Posted January 8, 2005 Battle for middleearth. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Really? I've heard that it was pretty good.
Cantousent Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 PoR2. I was so angry, but not so much because the game sucked. The game did suck. It sucked so bad, it was a vacuum. The real problem, though: they took the name of my beloved gold box game and besmirched its good name. Judge Hades Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 I knew that game would suck just by the game mechanics they described, though I did play the demo which confirmed its suckiness. I am so glad I never bought that game.

Kaftan Barlast Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Mine has to be Dungeon Siege <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Same here. An idiot friend of mine lured me into buying it saying "it liek Bg2 I sw3ar" and I went and bought the POS without checking it out beforehand. 30 min into the game I was bored, an hour more and I was frustrated and still I played it even more to the point where I was raving furious. But stubborn as I am I finished the ****... but by activating the ultracheat and just walking through. NWN: Uninteresting OC and clumsy radial menu system Ryne Sandberg Plays Bases Loaded 3: Removed season play feature. No Ryne Sandberg. WTF??
