The one that teaches you dark from light. I think she's a bit too enigmatic to be a plain ol' Jedi. Who knows. I'm not saying she is a Sith but it's certainly a possibility, however remote. If it turned out she was, I would be pleasently surprised. Not because it isn't obvious possibility (it is of course) but rather because her voice is used for the light side option on the Lucas Arts web site and as every one knows, Lucas Arts is as about as subtle and sneaky as a fart in a small submarine.
