guybrush threepwood Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 ^^ i agree with you to an extent, but that didn't stop me from slicing neutral jolee. I'm very neutral in real life, (if you aint nuetral about something you are probably wrong)...but i love the idea of taking over the star wars galaxy rather than saving it, oh and being a bastard
starwarskid15_19 Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 lightside i like the dental plan better i mean did u see palpatine in the episode 3 trailer the force is what gives a jedi his power. its an energy field created by all living things. it surrounds us and penetrates us. it binds the galaxy together
jedipodo Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Everyone speaks tuff on their side of choice. The truth is they're both equally strong, but it is the personality of a person and the percentage of control one has over the force that decides which one is stronger. Which side of the force you'r on doesn't mather. What good does it do when you use force lightning, force choke, force yell, force burn, ... when your opponent just absorbs all that, or worse ... deflects it? But if the neutral option was available, I'd choose that one. The neutral Jedi are the survivors, they don't intervene with other people's business, they are very strong and one with the force, but are not bound on laws, codes and shifts. You can use it for yourself or for whatever you want. You don't guard peace and you do not destroy it, you don't strive to be in the council and you don't want to rule the galaxy. Neutral is better, because you rule your own self, you are 100% free. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What is this neutral Jedi good for? For the rest of the universe this one seems to be even more useless than a Dark sider. And concerning the personal benefit, living in exile in the deepest jungles of Kashyyk doesn't sound very exciting to me. BTW, do you think neutral Jedi don't have any enemies? "Jedi poodoo!" - some displeased Dug S.L.J. said he has already filmed his death scene and was visibly happy that he
Baneblade Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 light side cause I like people protecting my back rather than stabbing it <{POST_SNAPBACK}> How odd, I myself like to backstab people. PS if you're worried about people backstabbing you, make the walk in front of you. And of course-> Allways do unto others before they do it to you. "If at first you don't succeed... So much for skydiving." - Henry Youngman.
SilverSun Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 And concerning the personal benefit, living in exile in the deepest jungles of Kashyyk doesn't sound very exciting to me. Sounds like fun too me...but anyway... Jolee wasn't neutral,he was gray there's a difference. Neutral has no side, they don't really care who wins as long as their is a balance. Jolee had a side, the light. He wanted the light to win,he wanted the Sith be brought down. However he didn't follow the extreme end of the Light. He didn't believe in all the rules or regs put into place by the Jedi Order. Even the "right" side can create a wrong rule.
MASTER Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 ya, it does living with the wookiesthat would rock. but in the end the dark will own all in the face
Keneally Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 I guess I will go light first then dark. Dark side consulars rocked in the first game so I hope they do again.
SilverSun Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 but in the end the dark will own all in the face Neither side will ever own the other, least not a 100%. You can't have one without the other. Besides the dark side just ends up owning itself in the end. "
MASTER Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 oh, good one but the dark will own you in the fac, because that is what I will tell my char to do. own the light in the face.
MASTER Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 yes a very good game, that will own Halo2 in the face l
GarethCarrots Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 lightsider all the way, as iv sed b4 it was hell doen things like killing freyyr. oh but i still like the stealing money thing, can neva hav to many creds, thats where neutrality comes in handy as sum1 sed
Rosbjerg Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Maybe I'm a little strange, but I don't really like either extremes .. No one is 100% good or evil! And I don't trust any one who claims to be all good! (they are usually the worst because the don't feel the need to justiy or question their actions, they perceive them to be good) It is all too true the old saying .. The path to hell is paved with good intentions! but in this little fantasy black n' white world I like to think of my self as good .. it does leave a warm and fussy feeling when you help someone out of seemingly selflessness good will.. no what I want is a healthy critical look at myself and reality, thats the only key to true moral! ... IMO (hmm seem to be waking straight to the dark side in relation to SW) Fortune favors the bald.
DarthRevan987 Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Do you even need to ask ? But I will tell you anyway...Darkside
Ludozee Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Lightside, because you looked so holy in your char. screen when your LS points were maxed out
Guest Fallen Jedi Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 LS Once a lightsider, always a lightsider
Lord Satasn Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Darkside....if you want to help people you should do it in real life, the consequences are better that way.....Darkside is the way to go in a game....cuz the consequences are better that way haha....
Planar Jedi Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Yes but being good in a game is a good practise for being good in RL(real life) There is hope beyond hope
sinister_sith Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 Lightside, I like helping people and looking nice and holy and not like a undead zombie
Kaftan Barlast Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 I enjoy thrones and black cloaks as much as the next person, but Im far too softhearted to keep it up in the long run.
