Topaz Quasar
I'd like to see the 3 Sith prestige classes haves feats based on the actual Sith arts, like Sith Alchemy. Although I'm not sure what they could do............ Maybe "Sith Sorcery" feats could augment the "Sith Lord" class' Force Powers (like "Force Focus" but all-Sith) I just think the Sith arts should actually be explored in a Star Wars game for once. Judge Hades
Sith Alchemy? Sith Sorcery? Its the freaking Force. The Force is the Force and is nothing but the Force. What makes a Sith or a Jedi is how the Froce is used and how it is accessed. Its not DnD.

Dead Skin Mask
To get back to the initial topic I think Sith Alchemy would be awsome, however very hard to implement into the game. Correct me if I'm wrong but Naga Sadow used Sith Alchemy to create both the Massassi and the horrible creatures found on both Yavin IV and Korriban. That would be cool to create your own beasts but what applicable purpose would they serve in the game? Sith Magic is also a good idea and would be much easier to include. I'm kind of fuzzy on Sith Magic itself and what it entails but something along the lines of healing yourself using the Dark side like Freedon Nadd used to save Exar Kun would be cool. Cheers! Dead Skin Mask
Maybe Sith Alchemy could enhance your stats or "assist" you at worskshops........ :D Maybe you could use Sith alchemy and magic to taint items with the Dark side to recieve some kind of damage or defense bonus when used by somebody with a Dark alignment . I know that might seem too Morrowind/DnD for some. Just an idea. Cheers!

Fardragon
Maybe there could be a quest involving Sith alchemy to create a lightsaber chrystal. Everyone knows Science Fiction is really cool. You know what PoE really needs? Spaceships! There isn't any game that wouldn't be improved by a space combat minigame. Adding one to PoE would send sales skyrocketing, and ensure the game was remembered for all time!!!!!

Whitemithrandir
sith alchemy? sith magic? Wth? Like a prestige class could be called "Sith Voodoo Witch Doctor" or "Sith Bobo the Magician"? Too Morrowindish for me. Word economics To express my vast wisdom I speak in haiku's.
Fardragon
The anchient Sith are described as "Alchemists and Sorcerers" In the EU. Sith alchemy created the dark poison that precipitated Ulric Quel Droma's fall to the dark side. Like it or not it's an established feature of the EU. Everyone knows Science Fiction is really cool. You know what PoE really needs? Spaceships! There isn't any game that wouldn't be improved by a space combat minigame. Drakron
No its not, at least not in the sense its being implied. Sith alchemy is simply the use of technology (I lack a better term for it), we are not going to call the people that invented aspirin and viagra alchemists are we? Same goes with Sith Sorcery, its simply slag for the Sith use of the dark side of the force, its no diferent that saying force users are sorcerors, expecialy in primitive cultures. Besides every time "sith viagra" was used was a plot device "oh poor Ulric driken sith viagra and cannot shake the dark side", "OMG the Sith turned into The Teenage Munatant Hero Crabs" and have no actual implementation. Implementing Sith Viagra is something that can never be more that a plot device.
Judge Hades
There goes Hades again quoting his little black book telling the people how Star Wars should be as if he was the creator himself George Lucas. Cheers! Well, gee. All you need to do is watch the freaking movies to see what the freaking force is and how either side uses it.
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN
I think it might be cool, but it's not going to be in the game, I don't think...

aggiekevin
Wheelman's ploy, i have determined, is to strategically place smilies in his posts to trick readers into believing he knows something more about what is going to be in the game than the rest of us do.... OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN
Actually I'm a Dev...j/k... ...as for my remarks about what's going in the game, they are usually just hunches and are usually wrong...erm, I mean right, yeah, that's the one... Judge Hades
Use the setting as it is presented in canon or don't use it at all. Only the movies are considered cannon material.
Fardragon
Then why does the database on the official Star Wars website include more EU stuff than anything else? Everyone knows Science Fiction is really cool. You know what PoE really needs? Spaceships! There isn't any game that wouldn't be improved by a space combat minigame. Judge Hades
Don't know and don't really care. All the EU crap is just side material and it is the movies that are the core of Star Wars.
