In the end, that's the fundamental problem with weaponising hearings if you actually want to get to the truth of what was done right and what was done wrong: you aren't going to get that if you're actually actually trying to just get someone in trouble to score political points.

They want to separate due to people perceiving the rest of Canada leeching off of them via equalization payments and lack of representation due to people not understanding Quebec and Ontario having 60% of the population.
