teknoman2 Posted December 3, 2021 Share Posted December 3, 2021 this reminds me of my cousin. she turned on the heat in the car to unfreeze the windows without turning on the engine and took a plastic spatula to remove the ice. by the time she was done and was ready to go, she had ran out of battery and couldn't start the engine. It's been 30 years since I had a car (back in Denmark), but iirc, the rear window had electrical heater (looked like alufoil strips connected to electric wires) and warm air from the engine for the front windows...
