Tier 3 Inspirations from item

I searched for quite a bit, but can't figure it out:
Was there another item besides Least unstable coil which grants T3 Inspirations?

I'm so sure there was ,but just can't remember.

Don't think there is another item that could provide all of them.

When you look for individual ones, there are some items. Like the Brilliant cloak... or the Slayer's Axe.

depending on what they need it for, this might not count. it doesn't grant T3 inspirations, it upgrades existing inspirations, which matters for things like e.g. stacking rules

Hm seems I imagined it then, I thought there was another item which can give a random T3 inspiration, just under another condition.

Interesting about Slayer's Axe and Squid's Grasp, not exactly what I need, but also wasn't aware of it.
