Yup. Surt. Guess I'll have to go around. Met these two again and taught not-Radiou Kuzunoha a lesson. And merged a bunch of demons for new demons. What's in the cards next? 1 I cannot - yet I must. Keyrock Posted December 14, 2021 Share Posted December 14, 2021 I really like the look of parts of the Taito area: There are giant rectangular prisms made up of disjointed moving cubes that form into a solid surface with weird gear patterns as you near them. A still picture doesn't do it justice. While exploring I found the Aogami Type-0 essence. The last few Aogami essences I found had some great skills, but more suited for a magic build rather than my physical build. This, however, was the mother lode for a physical build like mine. I almost soiled myself when I saw the skills. Murakumo is an absolutely perfect fit for a physical, high luck build, like mine. It hits stoopid hard. Keyrock Posted December 16, 2021 Share Posted December 16, 2021 This might be my final end-game SMT V build in terms of skills: I would love to put Retaliate on my boy Beefstik, it's an awesome skill on high strength characters, Critical Zealot would be great too. But then I'd have to drop something to open up a slot. The only skills I would even entertain dropping are Kannabi Veil and Yabusame Shot. Kannabi Veil has saved my bacon many times and it's so cheap. Yabusame Shot doesn't do much damage but it always criticals, which is great for getting extra turns. With my high luck and Murderous Glee I naturally critical fairly often with Murakumo and normal attacks, but it's really nice having a GUARANTEED critical attack. *sigh* There are never enough skill slots. Hard difficulty my ass! Seriously, though, I almost feel guilty for using Cleopatra and Mother Harlot, they are so ludicrously strong. Mostly it's for carrying more stuff and it has a light, but it can heal you a bit in a fashion if you want it to. Occasionally gets in your way visually but eh, as a major stuff-picker-upper, I like it. I don't use the vehicles (they also have more inventory space, but you can't take those into a dungeon) but I'll use this little guy. LadyCrimson Posted December 27, 2021 Share Posted December 27, 2021 (edited) Well I seem to have somehow glitched my way into having two drones. One is the game's normal limit. I suspect if I "deactivated" one, to try to change unit mods on it for example, it wouldn't let me place it back again and that would be the end of the glitch. It's very handy having even MORE traveling storage space tho, so I will not be deactivating either one. Although, two of them "getting in your way" is twice as annoying at times... It's got all the hallmarks of a Swery game: Heavy David Lynch influence, bat**** crazy characters, a murder mystery under bizarre circumstances that's only the tip of the iceberg of weirdness. I could do without the sleep and hunger systems. They're not punishing, but why is that crap in this game? What does it add? Keep that garbage out of non-survival games. Not only can you shapeshift into a cat and a dog, but you can also tame and ride sheep! What's more, you can name (from a pool of names) and groom the sheep! Also, the sheep have stats and you can level them up! See, this is why I love Swery.
