majestic Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 The way I see it you guys are missing my Scooter posts, right? RIGHT? Okay, then... Yeah, actually... 1 No mind to think. No will to break. No voice to cry suffering.
bugarup Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 I don't care if this supposed to be some metaphor about Germany or whatever, I see a Minotaur having nervous breakdown in a picturesque privy, so that what it is.
Malcador Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Why has elegance found so little following? Elegance has the disadvantage that hard work is needed to achieve it and a good education to appreciate it. - Edsger Wybe Dijkstra
Raithe Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 Just for the theme song.. "Cuius testiculos habeas, habeas cardia et cerebellum."
Gromnir Posted February 8, 2022 Posted February 8, 2022 HA! Good Fun! Gorth Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 ...sad face... running out of Rammstein stuff to post. I'm sure they have more than 30 greatest hits Ah well, the lead singer Lindemann will have to do then. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice.” - Albert Einstein

But we're not in the metal thread here, so something pop-musicy: 1
Malcador Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Still find it funny to recall the other bandmates were surprised by Curtis' suicide when I hear this song "Directionless so plain to see,A loaded gun won't set you free.So you say" "I gave you everything and more,The strain's too much, can't take much moreI've walked on water, run through fire,Can't seem to feel it anymore." Not sure if he wrote this song by himself, but still. Why has elegance found so little following? Like Paradise Lost in their electrogoth stage maybe:

Edit: They did some interesting cover versions of old hits too, including Rolling Stones' Gimme Shelter and this one “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. Gorth Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Speaking of Sisters of Mercy... not sure what happened after that, but they went all pop music on me and I sort of forgot about them “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. bugarup Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Eh, I still love 'em, always and forever. Dance schmance, Temple of Love is great and that's it. Aaaaaanyway, "So you ran out of Rammstein" edition "We were there first!!" aka Oomph! with bonus Nina Hagen: 1

That particular music scene changed a lot as the 2010s approached, though, and it's never really gotten back to what I liked.
