Mamie I am going to financially support this game because I am impressed with the overall quality of East European games and the commitment to gaming from East European gamers

Mamie I watched the video again and I have some concerns. Part of the video mentions  " thinking about him make you see him as more than an attacker "...that sounds dangerously like SJW corrupted ideology under the facade of " empathy " 

I also get very worried when any East European countries, that produce excellent games I enjoy like Witcher and Inquisitor , start trying to integrate this type of thinking into their games. Its not your strong point and its not what you famous for 

We already have enough abominations and mutations of certain games from our friends in the USA where suddenly " a hot women in bikini chainmail armor " is sexist or something similar
The last thing we want from East European gaming companies is where " we have to consider the historical injustice and colonialism the Vampire faced " that explains why it has created an army of undead from the living

You have to ask the developer. About his stance on this issue But if we take this quote more into detail "thinking about him make you see him as more than an attacker" well it is about Roman guy, they were slavers right? So thinking about them as more than an attacker is opposite, what you have said there Anyway, there is no issue with woke stuff in games in general, same if there is non-woke stuff there. It's all about a balance and the way how it is handled in the final product. e.g. ST:TNG is one of the wokest TV shows ever produced, and I do not see anyone complaining about it, and now compare it with ST:DIS

Good post, you raise important considerations 

I just would hate to see East European gaming companies believing "woke " components  are more relevant than a game that is fun and compelling based on normal and expected fantasy RPG components

You have the option in games to just maim your opponents. Or at least try. You get trauma from killing human beings. If it is in self defense your character can rationalize it. So the Roman soldier attacking me in the forest I can kill and have nightmares about later, but not feel guilty about. Killing some person for shiny loot though... that makes you an arsehole.

Shiny loot lets  you  buy nice things and you can impressive hot women....surly that matters. Isnt the gratuitous killing justified in the interests of love, dont we all want to find true  love
