Digging through the game files, it seems that there are a few new morsels of interactivity in the base game when the DLC is installed. The biggest one, which seemingly doesn't even relate to the DLC, is added reactivity for sidekicks when you take them to Ukaizo. I'd post them here, but unless someone really wants to see them here I think it's best for them to be discovered in game. In particular,

Rekke's moment with the Watcher not only dropped possibly the biggest sequel hook yet, but was also very sweet.

Now I must take Rekke to Ukaizo...! I really hope we’ll get to know more about Yezhua and their religion in a future game—and I hope it’ll be isometric and party-based, as opposed to an action RPG. I really don’t enjoy playing the latter and I’d hate to miss out.

yezhua and old vailia are the most likely main stage of next poe

if there ever will be a next one

the record about it in dlc are interesting

but a more abrahamic religion will certainly more boring then others

Not necessarily. It depends how they develop it and how it interacts with the established “western” religion brought about by the Engwithans. It doesn’t have to be like the existing, real-life abrahamic religions ;)

Do all the sidekicks have new conversations when you bring them to Ukaizo? I saw Rekke's somewhere on tumblr, and it was darn sweet.

Yes - including Mirke and Vatnir.

Sure, because the people of Yezuha are Yezhuits, who believe in their lord and savior, Yezhus Christ.

I'm thrilled that there are sidekick conversations at Ukaizo now, I don't mind them not having much to say in general but it felt like a sad oversight that they'd have no lines at the end of the main story. You don't really need an optimised party for the endgame, so any reactivity to you bringing the party members you like the most is great. It's OK if Mirke doesn't say anything actually, or if her "conversation" is just her burping and swaying- that'd be nicely in character!

You're joking, but Y and J are pretty much the same thing when it comes to the Bible.  That's why it's Yaweh in English and Jaweh in German, and Yeshua was an alternate name of Jesus.  The whole, they will be judged thing is pretty Abrahamic (as is the idea of a foreign invading horde coming into to cleanse the impure.)
