  1. I've always thought locks were fascinating. Also, have a bunch of lockers with padlocks at work, so always curious about what they say about padlocks when its time to buy more.
  2. I still don't get why they entered it into the fair in the first place if their kid (har-har) was attached to the other kid (har-de-har-har) in the first place. I also don't get why the fair doesn't have a non-auction / slaughter showing category given that not all livestock is bred for slaughter. That said, I've not been to a lot of fairs of this kind, so not really sure what the norm is either.

  4. D&D: Honor among Thieves Lots of fun. Maybe not the over-the-top cheesy fun of the Irons one, but more of the classic movie adventure fun.
  5. Viacom owned it from the begining i think, later bought Paramount and CBS.
  6. Paramount owns Showtime, where it airs in the US, so that makes sense.
  7. I haven't seen all of DS9 (local station buried it in first run in the middle of the night), so I'm not up on all of the continuity points of the series. But Showrunner Terry Matalas is a huge Star Trek fan (like me a big ST:TMP fan at that, but has talked a good bit about TOS, TNG and DS9 as well) and he got his career start working on Voyager and Enterprise. 🤷‍♂️
  8. Figured the Coconut Clan would plump more for IWD really.

  11. Wasn't he in the storyline involving 80-year-old Mae Young being pregnant and the plastic hand(?) birth?
  12. My mom made lunch until she went back to work. After that I was given $7 for the week. What I didn't spend on lunch was my allowance. Didn't take long to realize that if I didn't eat lunch I got the full $7...
  13. Eh, I don't remember orange juice being an option. Whole Milk and chocolate milk are the only options I remember. Then again in elementary school I mostly brought a lunch my mom made, it wasn't until I started hs that it was mostly school lunch.
  14. Had to really resist the urge to put this in the anime thread...
  15. It was the only lunch I ate after 10th grade. Mostly saved my lunch money.
  16. A small piece? Like real piece sliced by hands in triangle-ish shapes? Ours were always preformed squares of pizza - roughly the size of the entree portion of the plastic tray they were plopping it on...
  17. Hello, I think you want Obsidian-md not Obsidian the video game maker? I moved the thread out of the Grounded (video game) forum, however if I've incorrectly misunderstood and this is relevant to the Grounded game, let me know and I'll move it back.
