  1. You're not "required", he'll eventually get it. Give him time.
  2. With mobile platforms becoming more popular, possibly. However, you have to consider that a lot of mobile platforms don't use the DirectX setup and would require reprogramming pretty much everything. In it's current state, no. However, Microsoft has said they will be focusing more on bringing DirectX to tablets and mobile devices with DX12. This could accelerate the mobile technology world and increase the chances of the game being ported to mobile.
  3. I believe you're are speaking of Beetlebot, which is included in my Fourth post.
  4. Make sure the guards have finished their walking animation and are faced away from you. If you try to sneak in while they're still walking, they will catch you.
  5. With items you should just be able to walk up to the quest destination and the hand pops up and you press the key (Spacebar on PC) to place the item.
  6. How many friends do you have? It's a total of 121, including Clyde.
  7. It was supposed to be fixed in the latest patch, at least for steam. I don't know if the patch has been released on consoles yet. This was a known issue, but should have been fixed in the latest patch.
  8. Are you on any other side quests? Try completing those side quests first if you have any.
  9. It's not the Prince of Canada. It's the Prime Minister of Canada, the guy you saved from the cave. You have to fart on him before you speak to him, if you've already spoken and freed him you can't complete this if you've already freed him.
  10. Are you holding down the F key while you click? Otherwise I haven't experienced/heard of this bug.
  11. No, all your saved games should be saved to Documents\My Games\South Park - The Stick of Truth\save What operating system are you running? Have you tried running the Stick of Truth as administrator?
  12. Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache on steam?
  13. Get on your laptop. Go to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri Type in "South Park" Select it, then click Can You Run It
  14. Essentially, yes, the manual saves your game from your last checkpoint. The manual save is there right now in the event you want to go back to a certain point in the game and you've filled up your checkpoints.
  15. You have to go up to the pile where the skulls are and there should be a prompt to lay down the item. Then he'll come out if you bought the hunting book from Jimbo and Ned.
  16. I have to say the graphics in Canada is definitely in my top 5. That and the "Let's Beat Up Clyde" cutscene.
  17. There are special abilities for each buddy, I presume if you exhaust all your buddys you will be left alone. Though, it would take awhile to exhaust all your buddys help. Considering I beat him/her with a makeover outfit on.
  18. I've finished 2 play throughs and the ending is the same.
  19. Go inside the tweakers lab, head up the latter. You should see something glinting in the upper right hand corner. Shoot it, it should destroy some parts in your way and you should be able to climb the latter up.
  20. Are you sure you didn't sell the Goth Cap by accident? Go around and check the different vendors buyback tab.
  21. I haven't tested my Jew vs. my fighter because they don't have the same weapons. However, the buddies I know definitely have base differences. Stan hits much harder with his basic sword attack than kenny does with a bow or cartman does with his staff.
  22. Have you tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7? Are you participating in Steam beta? If so, disable it.
  23. I did ask him for a Tip at the beginning when I needed to purchase my weapon, then when I exited it threw me into a cutscene. Maybe that's where I went wrong... Damn it, oh well, I know for next time.
  24. Look for the arrow around the meter. Your A and D buttons move the arrow back and forth. There's a certain spot where the arrow needs to be to make it rumble, use the A and D keys to try to stabilize the arrow in the rumbling spot.
