Well Kelverin I picked it up this afternoon, I haven't made it out of the tutorials yet, but beating the whinos was a lot of fun. Then to see them get their liquor was priceless. And I'm totally Jonesin on the original cast (well the alive ones at least) doing the voices. James Remar is the bomb.

My last serious girlfriend left me for a job. Its been a while so now I can look back and say its for the best. But at the time was I a mess. She got knocked up about three months after we broke up by some other dude and had to step down from her job anyway. Go figure. Her dad made some bitchin homemade wine though.

Well put Deraldin. I can see Volourns point, I just don't agree with it. Conklin has shown spots of brilliance in the past, just not this year. He missed most of training camp with an injury, which is no excuse I know, but it seems as though Conklin has been the man everyone puts the blame on for the Oilers current woes. I'd rather see him regain his form in the minors than trade him or release him from his contract. And to his credit the entire team has been sucking ass as of late.

So I'm watching the morning sports and there is Ty Conklin. Talking about his demotion to the minors. Without quoting because I'm stoned, let me just say that he is taking it like a total pro and as a positive thing. I wish all NHL'ers had a fraction of the class that Conks is showing right now (Sean Avery hint hint) in getting sent down. And the only thing I want for my birthday today is a solid victory over the Avalanche. Well that and maybe a hummer...

Actually I like that this is one of the most on topic threads in way off topic. And as much as we all like to disagree with Volo he usually has a good point to add, even if the way he presents makes you want to choke. And I've been watching the last period of the Leafs/Bruins game. Toronto just tied it up a minute ago. Its been a nice hard fought contest. And highly entertaining to boot. And as a bonus I"ve got Thornton and Murray on one of my hockey pool teams.
