I managed to tune in for Lois in the nightclub (w00t) , but I didn't pay attention to the rest of the show. James Marsters can elevate a show, its true. But he's looking so old. I'm hoping there aren't too many more cameos, they tend to take the show to even sillier heights. Of course if they added in the Creeper I wouldn't mind, but he's a little too unknown for the show.

It was one of the better games they've played this year. Great back and forth action with some heavy Detroit pressure at times. Jussi stood on his head, and Cross and MAB go down with injuries.

Whats really odd is that of the forty some odd people in my pool only three of us have more than one Senator in their drafts. It could explain why I haven't been lower than seventh in the month. And it looks like young Mr. Steen is having quite the night tonight. But Carolina is not letting this one get away without a price. It's the second intermission for Det/Edm. Honestly I'm hoping for a 12-6 romp in favor of the Lightning, just so the Sens can come down to earth a little. I'm a little pissed off right now. Our store had Ep3 on for like 25 bux, minus a ten percent discount. The competition next door has a 'budget saver' card system where you by X amount of groceries and get discounts on future items. Now they have the DVD on for 9.99 with five cards. OUr store matched the price this morning, but I was told I couldn't buy one for 10 bux and return it with my older receit. Can I blame George Lucas?

I guess the Senators record tells you they are a great team. They have oodles of talent, a tough set of blueliners, and an aging goalie looking for glory. But someone should tell them how sometimes running up a score isn't cool. Of course I'll take the eight points that Spezza/Havlat have between the two of them , but not happily.

Chicago needs some decent d-men besides Adrian Aucoin. Pavel Vorobiev is also slowly getting better. This could be a decent team if they can get Bulin to play like he should and get some better effort in their own end.

Eh, there are worse teams than the Blackhawks. Actually some of the young kids in Chitown are pretty talented, like Tyler Arnason, Tuomo Ruutu and Kyle Calder. Plus Matthew Barbaby can be entertaining to watch sometimes when he's fired up.

I had a choice tonight between the OLN and TSN feed of that game. I opted for OLNs coverage before the start of the Oiler game. WHICH THEY WONYou can only listen to Pierre Macguire say 'He's a monster' so many times before you want to smash your head against the wall. And I guess the Nash hit on Peca wasn't that late, but I'm more than biased. Being 6-6-1 has never looked so good.

i live by my Center Ice package. If a games' being filmed, its pretty much on there. You get the odd blackout, but its better than having to watch the Leafs every Saturday on CBC. It costs about 200 clams Canadian for the season, split into four easy payments of 40 some odd dollars on your satelitte bill. Plus you get some free issues of the Hockey News to use to start fires and also a discount at the NHL shop on their website.

I don't really care for listening to games that much myself, but sometimes you don't get an option. The only thing saving the Oiler broadcasts is the excited play by play from Rod Phillips. When the Oil score, you'd best turn down the volume. And was I correct, Mkreku? You don;t get any NHL games in your home country?
