Well aside from Surreptishus you're kind of the head monkey of this topic, Eldar. Maybe you should start it so Mothman doesn't try to claim points for restarting the thread.

-20 points for Mothie. 10 for insulting Don Jaguar, and another 10 for editing your post three times in an hour.

Here is my laughable contribution. A Mexican Fender Mustang, which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Next is my brothers' guitar ( which I helped pick out since I knew he wouldn't stick with it anyways), and nice Epiphone acoustic knockoff.

Either way I think we're missing the point. And that point is that Jags rules.

Isn't there a followup or something very similar coming out soon?

To tell the truth I think both of them right after each other, so...

Sorry for the Necropost, but heres a look at Gwen Stacy

The Ring is a remake of the japanese film Ringu. The Grudge was called the ....grudge?

I haven't seen either, but this is the other title at IMBD.

fixed At least your team has played this week. The other Oiler fan and I have to ride on the coat-tails of our three game winning streak. And do I have to remind you we still need a real goalie? And I am the only one wishing the Olympics could happen next year? This season has been too interesting to take a break for international competition, it seems.

The subject of todays (belated) review is Jaguars4ever. I would like to start by saying this has been one hell of a tough report. How do you put forum excellence into words? Can a few meager paragraphs sum up the contributions of one of our most beloved members? The answer is no on both counts. For those of you who don't know who Jags is...wake up!! Look through his profile, click on 'find members topics'. Then avoid drinking/eating/consuming anything in front of your computer. Don Jaguar is T.O.M.B.S. royalty, no doubtabout it. One of the more tenured members of the board, Jags always has something to contribute, whether its remotely serious, sympathetic, or plain downright enlightening. I mean c'mon, aren't we all a little better off with Gizoogle? If I had to make personalized epitaphs for the Don, they would go like this: ------------- PURE GOLD Unofficial member of both the mob and the Simpson family Owner of the best boobie avatar ever seen in this forum ------------- In all honesty I can't keep track of how many times Jags has cracked me up. Or kept me up late playing X-Men Legends 2 online. If you ever need an online Wolverine, Jags is your man. Hands down. And he doesn't even lose it when you fastball special him into a wall in the middle of combat! Thats class, baby. I don't feel it's fair to give the reviewee number scores on attributes. Because simply put he transcends any measure of measurement. Chutzpah? Give him a ten out of five. Annoyance? Puh-leeze. Will? Unshakeable. Charisma? Off the charts. Maybe anyone reading this should take a minute to remember their favorite Jaguars4ever moment. There has been too many to mention here. I can remember a particular thread where Jags, like, totally lost it on a certain artist who happened to have their own thread. It wasn't pretty, but the worst part was not that said artist left our boards never to be seen again, it was the period of time following said incident where Jags was relegated to moderated status. Sad period indeed. Right or wrong, he took a stand and stuck with it. Which leads to another great point about the Don. He calls it like he sees it. Dare to debate? Put on your thinking cap. Try to flame him? Get ready for a battle. It's true, he's mellowed a touch, but the fangs never dull on this beast. Check out some of these great quotes: And your completely irrelevant point is...? Besides, I'm not being rude - you really are stupid! Allright, the well is empty. Feel free to share some of the Jagslove amongst yourselves. This reviewer apologizes for being completely biased. I could write something bad about Jags, but I have great fear of swimming with cement shoes...

Smog Moon - Matthew Sweet.

-10 T.O.M.B.S. points for making assumptions, Mothie. Anyhoo I took a pic of my spuds before I cooked them but couldn't find them in my email. Somehow my cell phone pics are sent as spam.

I'm gonna sit down to some barbequed potatoes/carrots/onions and some St.Louis style pork ribs in a minute or two once it cools down.

I'm eating the second half of a Twix bar that I bought at lunch while my supper cooks.

not me, I was looking forward to Jack versus Locke part deux... edit:and it turns out the oscars aren't until March, so WTF?
-
I am currently burning a cd full of goodies by the Afghan Whigs and Neil Diamond.
-
Why is there no new Lost tonight? I see its a rerun of the Hurley/Rousseau episode. If this is because of the Oscars and that damn Brokeback Mountain...

Fred Ward is kewl.

Here are a couple of my old rides. First up, the '92 ford thunderbird supercoupe. Mine was black instead of white. It was a total POS. Next was one of my favorites, a red 1990 ford probe. The ignition was a little worn down, so once it was started you could pull the key right out. I would probably still be driving this car ( with my mechanic still saying 'needs brakes' but unfortunately some moron ran through a yield sign and smacked me right on my drivers side door, totalling my poor baby.

You're right on both counts Mkreku, it is the Buds (cough cough) ahead of the 'Bolts. And it looks like the Caps tanked as well. I was going to argue for the most part most of these groin pull issues have been involving most of the older players. I was going to say ' out of shape, should have exercised more during the lockout' but with Ovechkin going down now I can't say for sure. Nowadays you can't even be sure if its a groin pull or the ever dreaded ' sports hernia'...

I noticed the Leafs just fell behind the resurging Lightning tonight. Maybe you should try the rally cap method, Mkreku. And whats up with the Capitals? Ovechkin is out with a groin pull and they have managed to tie the Islanders with half a period to go in the game. Even though I don't give two squirts of piss for the Leafs ( aside from Sundin) , I am glad their losing streak has come to an end. Just so they are not the headline story of nearly every sports show in the nation. Plus I think Mkreku gained a year or two back on his life, so that's good as well. edit: and Calgary better hope St.Louis doesn't make the playoffs...

Can't say I've tried those Jules. But they look mighty tasty. Is there onion in there as well? And I have wicked good chopstick skills for a burnout.

I liked Jolee and Canderous' backstory in the first one. Listening to the old man ramble about stuff was fun. And I thought Canderous' war stories were entertaining as well. You ride that basilisk, Candy... And I think the Sandpeople from K1 should be included in the poll as well. HOw long did it take to get through all of that? And an interesting yarn it was . K2 makes me think Kreia had most developed story. Its not like it was a suprise or anything , but it was still alright trying to tie together the pieces. Then Visas of course.
