  1. 5 Free games included with PC Gamer this month: The White Chamber I Of the Enemy HHGttG (This you play online, so you can do it from work ...) GTA 1 & 2 Beneath A Steel Sky
  2. It is a secret mind-control experiment ... the weak-minded are the first affected ...
  3. Well, it's just you asked us for advice without supplying that info, so we are really the blind leading the blind ...
  4. ... More virulent than the Cane Toad ...
  5. Thats my favorite Adventure game ... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 1. Why is it your favourite (or near-as, damnit!) game evva? 2. Why didn't you review it in my thread? (Of which this thread is obviously a blatant rip-off ...)
  6. Number 9 on the all-time high scores list, with a bullet. Just overtook Mr Spamman, none other than Baley himself!
  7. He has a wife, you know ...
  8. back a small time film maker called Tarantino
  9. Nautius Maximus
  10. I have the original game, but if I remember right it was a pain to install even in DOS ... what does the emulator do? Maybe I can actually play it again... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Seems to be the game engine, itself: fileplanet
  11. Or the Judean People's Front crack suicide squad?
  12. Yeah, the plant-creatures have a better chance than the Earth soldiers. I think if you want soldiers, you can find a KotOR mod here.
  13. You keep telling yourself that, if it helps. "
  14. Remember stuff in detail? What makes you think that? As long as I'm fairly specific, and correct most of the time, I'll end up with the largest cult in history. Most cult leaders do well with extremely vague and inaccurate predictions, so I'll be batting a proverbial thousand with something fairly specific and accurate. Once I get to 2005, I'd like to think that my cultists would at least have the decency to brainwash themselves into blind obedience and indoctrination such that they'll twist my now inaccurate predictions into shaky interpretations that hold up the fundamental pillar of their beliefs. Bwhahahaha. Is anyone back far enough to buy the penny shares of a tiny firm known as Microsoft? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, but I could invest in Apple.
  15. Assuming you are addressing males; the whole political scenario is completely changed. I might go to the US, where women actually have a better opportunity to get ahead, and the gender politics are evenly matched (for instance you can approach men/women/other without looking too forward). I would build a career, in something where gender doesn't matter. I would even have children, I expect, as that must rate as the premium experience of life. Other than that, I would live pretty much the same as I am now.
  16. Yes, I agree with Flatus, too. This is one of the single biggest issues that experience can help with.
  17. Lost: One plot. Last seen in the vicinity of Knights of the Old Republic: The Sith Lords. If anyone has seen this plot, please contact OE, as there is a reward for it's comprehension.
  18. I think your statement speaks for itself.
  19. So I'd wake up in the US, at Boarding school? Bet on Regan to win the election (though I'd have to get in early because he was always looking the favourite); bet on Australia II winning the America's Cup from the New York Yacht Club, invent the text-parsing internet browser and therefore the World Wide Web; read a lot more ...
  20. We live in a bloody swamp.
  21. Yep, I hear that is really incredible: took loads of people months to update to game so that it is painstakingly accurate. Also, just browsing through my PC Gamer as well, and I notice they have included a COMPLETE copy of Beneath A Steel Sky! All I have to do is download and install the SCUMMVM emulator, and I'm away. ... I think I know what I'mm going to be doing over the next few days ...
  22. Been there, had them all out.
