I've been actively avoiding them, unlike Prometheus which I didn't have the benefit to avoid. Saw it opening day and other than the cinematography and art direction, it was the equivalent to being served ice cream out of a truck with a broken freezer on a hot summer day. My curiosity does occasionally tempt me towards the void though. I agree about Aliens and T2 being dumb fun.

I still haven't seen Alien 3 and 4. Nor covenant.

Final got a chance to watch Captain Marvel. I really liked it. I don't get what all the Brie Larson hate was for. It's not Infinity War / End Game, but it's a solid Marvel entry. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a good ol' "buddy cop" flick set in the 90's.

While I'd expect the animations and enemy variations to improve a lot by launch. My god is the controller play awful. Maybe it's just this type of game, but the person playing is extremely incompetent at it.
