Everyone is forgetting that ultimately what makes a game an RPG is if it has a romance. It allows the player to emerse themselves in a world where, through roleplaying, they can attract a mate. Without this element the traditional peripheral reasons for roleplaying becomes meritless.

I agreed to start a band today with some friends, this group has the makings of a true tragedy. On one good note we've decided to circumvent the need for a drummer with drum machines, so we won't have a member whos dependent upon their girlfriend to live and us for drinks and smokes.
