What's worked really well in your PnP sessions and how would you incorporate that in a CRPG?

You're kidding, right? Please say you're kidding and I totally missed the sarcasm. He's ELEVEN. At that age I thought I was in love with Kirk Cameron. I'm a romantic at heart so "truly in love" is what most people can only aspire for so kudos to them if they've found it. And no, age difference shouldn't be a significant reason to keep them apart though they should probably wait till he's more mature.

Sony might expect the PS3 to push more games since they have the advantage of the Japanese market. I'm have no idea what the numbers are for Japanese companies producing Japanese games for the local market, which could be a reason XBox is lagging there.

Hm, an ending scene of Tourette, Ming Xiao, VV, Damsel, Ash, LaCroix, Ima... might be hard to pull off with all the clipping. Btw who were the other primogen? I saw a few leaving LaCroix's office and I didn't recognise/meet them all. Is the Baron the Toreador primogen?

If they're truly in love, good for them. I'm pretty sure things would have been given a more sinister spin if it was a male teacher getting it on with a 11 year old girl, which is probably more of an issue with gender perceptions in society. Maybe it's better if they would be treated similarly, though I doubt it'll happen anytime soon.

Toreador from a roleplaying perspective, and they have Celerity. I like Brujah too for their combo of Celerity and Potence (the one that bumps up combat skills?). The best ever set of disciplines would IMO be Celerity, Obfuscate and Dominate or Presence if it had some roleplaying use like seduction or getting things you want in dialogue etc.

I used to stay opposite RIM's offices btw. Actually my window had a nice view of their lot and I spent time at night practicing my football skills in their empty carpark.

I disagree that magic is chaotic by definition and anything science needs to be rational. In a setting there can be a study and development of magic while people could be hit and miss with science. Kind of like observing some phenomenon (mixing chems for example) and replicating that effect although they don't know the reasons behind it. It's not difficult to flip the methodology. Holodeck FTW, btw.

I lol'd when my Toreador said "Good luck in Canada" when Ash said he'd run away to someplace nobody would ever see his face again after I'd rescued him from the Society of Leopold.

It's good that Tornquist realised that his remblings could get excessive in certain areas. The tales by the fisherman were such an example so I'm not too worried if he talks about knowing when to reign things in.

How are the peeps at Obsidian keeping up morale during the crunch period? Or is the office filled with the wails and moaons of shuffling pale zombies chained to their desks?

Think of a parallel to this world - spirituality and faith have taken backseat to the worship/persuit of science. Of course some people are religious and have faith, but it's mostly an optional thing that a secular society doesn't care about. There are nations and cultures where spirituality is much more central than in others. In a world where magic rules, "technology" exists but has been getting less attention, is used less and is on the verge of getting irrelevant.

Plus there's the chuckleheads sabotaging utility generators and delivery and the US gets the blame because people don't have 24 hour access to them (worse than Saddam-era coverage, I'm sure) despite several countries spending resources to help rebuild infrastructure.

There's no reason magic shouldn't be so commonplace in life, accepted and PART of life that everyone, everything has some connection and some ability to manipulate or appreciate it. Which brings up the point that how useful technology would be when you've got something much better.

Lol, and the terrorists claim to be defending their faith. They're pulling off outrageous **** like this, killing their own innocent people and hoping the Americans get blamed. I don't doubt Sunnis being pissed at "Shiite security forces" is related. Probably the funniest thing is that it's actually working both in Iraq and all over the world.

I think a weird and wondorous universe where magic has advanced to the poinot that technology's been left behind would be cool.

I'll not planning to cheat on my first run. I'm a little surprised that combat's become really easy as the game's gone on with Celerity plus bumping up melee and brawl. I usually hit Celerity, take out the enemies and feed on the last person standing to regen and get the blood I spent back.

Katanas are so totally awesome. I'd recommend investing over time in melee till you reach about 7 since you get a boost from an item to reach 8, the "requirement" for the katana. The shotgun's not working out for me. Maybe I've only got the basic one though. I prefer the .44 magnum. It's crazy accurate at distance sniping too and reloads really quickly. Celerity with katana is so awesome. I don't know how I'm going to drop Celerity if I pick other clans.
