  1. Good to hear - I'll definitely pick this up when I don't have 3 assignments and a midterm due in a week.
  2. It does not.
  3. Happy Easter to those that celebrate it ^_^
  4. Dude, did BOA go under the knife?
  5. The Korean dudes think looking better will help them get jobs. And it's the entry-level stage for young guys, not people trying to keep looking young. That struck me as weird as I thought only ladies might have issues with pre-gender equality.
  6. If you're going to define everything to be motivated by selfishness (which I disagree with) then you're "wrong" by default.
  7. Hm, that's really weird. Anyway the guys are getting onto it too (about 1/3 of total patients). Some think it helps them get hired and even old guys are onto it after SK's prez went under the knife himself.
  8. Ok, everyone knows that plastic surgery's huge in South Korea and now the guys are getting into it too. Impacts on society? Future of mankind? What would the _____ apes think? Link http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060416/ap_on_...GZoBHNlYwM3NTE-
  9. I've had my big breaks and I'm thankful for them. Even when things seemed to go badly wrong, the different path I had to take's turned out well in the end - something I wouldn't have considered if not for the past events. So yeah, I think I'm lucky and thankful for it.
  10. Sounds like a good energy/weight ratio when you're carrying around your stuff when hiking. Better than the stereotypical tinned baked beans at least.
  11. Lol vinyl. Am I the only guy that thinks its hillarious that DJs still have vinyl thingies in an age of digitized multimedia?
  12. That sounds like a dare.
  13. Yeah, they seem convenient.
  14. Well AOL's not an issue on my side of the pond.
  15. Personally I prefer McAffee to Norton too. It seems easier to use and is less intrusive, besides the reminder to update after a week or so. The firewall's more intuitive too and lets me watch what programes are trying to get through to the net.
  16. Guns N' Roses.
  17. Yeah. The retaliatory nukes from the subs would be headed out to China from their coast pretty fast. As for the home eviction thing, I watched something on BBC that said developers get a hand from the government to evict the locals off prime development land. While obviously the locals may not want to move, the situation wasn't as bad as it was previously since the property market's fallen. That time the evicted people were getting terrible compensation that was nowhere near their property market value. As for China's politics, I think it'll be determined by the young generation that's wired to the net. They obviously yearn for freedom as we see them switching to blogs etc to circumvent the censorship. It's not like America's bastions of the internet like Google, Microsoft are making it any easier but whatever. On the other hand those dudes can be pretty radical/nationalistic in their own right. It didn't take much for them to get out on the streets looking for Japanese to lynch. China - Have tanks, will roll.
  18. Nice going, CoF. ^_^
  19. By the way I meant that in a supportive way, not a sarcastic a-hole way. Well maybe a little sarcastic but in a positive "I dig your work" sarcastic. Talking tulips rock.
  20. I like talking tulips.
  21. 5-yo's are awesome.
  22. Hi Jim.
  23. Fruity!
  24. Money's as old as civilization and while the civilized man was great and all that's not one we can chalk down to The Man.
  25. Thing is they're just a small % of the oldies.
