The PC version only came out on STEAM, the manual was never shipped anywhere. Not that I care that much, if I can't find it in the options I rarely ever bother checking the manual. Good games shouldn't need one.

Yes it did, an online one. My link was dead though. Besides, it's in PDF. Why people use this format I do not understand. It's not seachable, loads mind numbingly slow. Exactly what you don't want in a game manual.
