How do you figure? They were getting their gas from the Russian even before it, now they just eliminated the in between countries and any scenario where said countries could cause a break in the supply chain. They probably have cheaper gas now.

Sounds like you have your dream home. If you are really considering it though, my advice would be to start looking at places/houses and see what's out there and if there's anything that grabs you and would make sense financially. You're in no hurry.

Maybe Anime causes acid reflux... I've been having issues with it for the past week too. Waking up with acid in my sinuses... Maybe you have a Hiatal hernia (like I do). If it's really bad you can have a laparoscopic operation to fix it.
