What you did today
Went for a nightly walk and saw some strange lightning strikes in the sky though it was a clear, starry night, and according to the weather forecast the gods haven't planned to unleash any thunderstorms upon the Austrians tonight. Also my eyes are working correctly and those weren't shooting stars. Why am I always seeing strange things when I go for walks at night? Nobody I know ever sees anything but me! Come to think of it a lot of odd things happen to me all the time.

Odd questions
I've just read that it could be possible that temperature is infinite, that means it could get infinitely hot. Since temperature is just used as an indicator of molecule vibration / speed etc. infinite temperature means the speed which molecules or atoms are moving can be infinite. But can't be possible because nothing can move faster than light so there is a max speed. So there must be a temperature limit and infinite temperature is utter BS, no?

Its such a shame that dogs don't live very long though, 10-15 years? My cat is 21.

Thanks for the advice. I know, if there is one thing that makes dogs go absolutely nuts its bunnies/rabbits and other small furry fast moving creatures.

Come to think of it I've never been sick during summer, but I imagine it must be hell having fever in hot weather. It must feel similar to cycling in really hot weather, thats when I reach body temperatures close to 40 degree Celsius for a couple of hours. But a couple of days....ouch. Get better soon. I'm the perfect owner for dogs that like being outdoors and love running, I only spend around 10 hours / week pushing weights, I spend MUCH more time with mountain climbing, cycling and woods walks. I live in a rural area and since I'm single I've got lots of free time to spend outdoors after work. Though I don't like hyperactive dogs at all, there is time for exercise and there is time for rest and relaxation. Fortunately according to several descriptions I've read Greyhounds are supposed to be surprisingly calm, intelligent and clingy animals making ''perfect pets'', but they're still extremely athletic and have their active periods. Sounds like a description of myself.- The Funny Things Thread.

Agreed, though I needed some basic information to get started.- What you did today
Decided to get myself a dog in the near-ish future. Did some research and I like the temperament and the appearance of the English Greyhound a lot. Beautiful, fast, intelligent yet very calm and easygoing dogs.- Music... must go on...

My body didn't respond well to something I ate, in the last 24 hours I produced so much gas I could have filled three Hindenburg zeppelins with it. Right now I'm trying to be careful not to be close to any electricity sources or open fire, one spark or a tiny ember would be enough to make me fly into orbit like a Saturn V rocket. I'm not sure what it was but I guess those eggs I ate weren't so fresh anymore.- What you did today
Dreamed about having a dog, it was a good dream, maybe I'm getting one in the not so distant future, turning this dream into a self-fulfilling prophecy.... Also according to my weight scale I got some extra kilos, I'm close to 100 now, even though I seem to look slimmer from the cutting.- KaineParker's Hopefully Attractive Women Thread Episode IV: A New Grope

Watch it and you'll never be the same again....- The Funny Things Thread.
Maybe you're thinking of the paratrooper version, the buttstock could be mistaken with a ''twin handle'' like the ones on the M2 .50- Armour & weapon designs (part V).
Greatswords were often carried on the shoulder, there weren't many scabbards for them. For example the Doppelsöldner from the 30 years war carried their greatsword just like this: (The little Katzbalger shortsword is carried on the hip in a nice scabbard)- What are you playing now
